Worst experience ever. I bought a whirlpool fridge and it got delivered a week later and it was BROKEN . It doesnt cool up. I called right away and asked them to send me a service. Next day, the service guy came in to tell me the compressor does not work and recommend to replace the whole thing. I called whirlpool and tgey did not want to replace the fridge just the compressor. I was bounced like a ball between Home Depot and whirlpool and finally after a week they tell me oh u have to wait after Christmas with another model. Manager Zaid from Home Depot appliances told me they dobt have any in stokes then I went to talk to him to find they have it on sale in the store. After fighting with the corporate office and the store finally they say ok we will refund u. They didnt even offer as a courtsy to pick it up. I have to get a truck and take it to store only to give another hell of time to my husband about the refund claiming that it has a scratch. All the time I was trying to keep my calming voice with them even with my husband finally he got off them and they ended up refunding him. Seriously u have to be nasty sometimes to be heard.

Will never return. Last straw. Ordered/pre-paid for 18 vinyl floor. Picked up later. Package wrapped, labeled 12x18. Trusted employees who cut and labeled. Oops! Installing in studio, the unwrapped unrolled floor was short, only 154". But w/o time to return and re-order, I was forced to make it work. Upon return for only partial refund for 3, the return cashier told a supervisor that she "counted the rings" of the rolled floor, "its 18 feet, it looks like 18..." So I offered to unroll and measure it. She insisted, "no, Im a flooring expert." Ultimately, I had to argue my way to a refund of the product that was not delivered after the implication of lying. Otherwise, this store is regularly cluttered, littered, shelved with damaged and opened products. The parking lot is cratered. Once I found a cart run into my truck. But at least the security guards are friendly.

Worst Home Depot location I have ever been to. First employee i asked for help was texting on his cell phone and told me he didnt know which aisles the 2 things i went there to purchase was. The second employee was kind enough to try and get me connected with an employee who may know. The third employee took me to the wrong aisle and then told me she doesnt know where to look. I squashed that purchase and figured i would look at the Quarter Round i was hoping to purchase. A female employee assisted me to the proper aisle then asked if i wanted help. I said please and as she was about to assist me, she was interrupted by another customer and began assisting them and walked away. I left. It was my only day off this week and was hoping to finish a couple projects.

TERRIBLE!!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. THEY DONT DO THERE JOBS CORRECTLY. I called about 3 times and they keep telling me to keep calling the next morning. I got an incorrect order, I paid extra to haul away my old appliance but of course, they left it out on my front lawn. Took a picture to prove it. Not only that its very unprofessional, its like none of the employees know what there doing. I got transferred to 3 different people. Mind the fact that I wait about 20 minutes to talk to someone about my the MISTAKE THEY DID. I cant tell you how upset I am. WORSE SERVICE EVER! NEVER RETURNING HERE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! If I could rate 0 stars I would.

The manager needs to get fired as well as the rest of the floor staff. They are all LAZY. Poor customer service. At the return counter a caucasian older lady was by far the most worst when she told us we couldnt return our items since we had no receit i asked the old hag if it was ok to look it up since we purchased through our HD credit card and she said NO and walked away. Another cashier came in and kindly did it for us. We had to return a 5 gallon paint because the gret color was too dark. Lost 125 bucks there. I still have the paint sitting in the garage. Dont even bother gg there.

In the market that we're in were every day we hear about this business is going down, that one is out of business, and the other one is closed out. I don't know what else this messy Home Depot needs to shape-up and how many lessons its laysi management needs to wake-up. I advise them to a simple example since they're not doing anything but puting hours, just visit Lowe's and ask any employe for help, he will help like no better, you don't even need to ask, you can just push a bottom or they will ask you if you need help.

During my visit to this store in particular,my experience was mediocre. The plywood was soggy and they didnt have screw couplings. I was about to purchase a piece of PVC pipe, but little did I know that the pipe was cracked, so when I installed it into my sprinkler system, I had a water leak. Shortly after that unfortunate fiasco, a piece of that same pipe exploded and a miniscule piece was lodged into my eye, which then I had to pay expensive hospital bills for! What the heck?! I wish I could rate 0 stars!

This place is horible, really dont appreciate an employee that doesnt want to do their job. The representative at the tile section is extremely lazy and doesnt want to get up from here desk. And here helper is super slow, had us waiting for 30min to tell us that they didnt have only 1 of what their web site told me they had more then 20pcs of and that the Home Depot in Ann Arbor showed it has but he wanted to call and confirm. So now 20min later he comes and tells me that they didnt pick up the phone

I dont recommend this store the staff is unprofessional and they have bad attitudes when u ask something. And if you go buy there do your self a favor when u get ready to pay (check) your receive they always double scan. It happened to me way to many times.

Poor customer service. I was in the store half an hour before I found someone to help meafter. After that, he couldnt even find the screw that I needed. They have a million screws in that store but unfortunately they didnt have the one that I needed.

Got what i needed and helped me out with everything. I didnt even have to wait in line. You are allowed to do it yourself by this computer in which you scan the item and slide in your cash. Great but the service can be pretty off sometimes.

Slow. Unstocked. Just bad. Its so close to my rentals its unavoidable i end up there. Everytime I go there I consider herion to make the pain go away.
