There are a number of good things to say about visiting Mike at the Bank Pawn Shop. Like the great value you get on your items you exchange for a loan, or the awesome prices you get if you decide to purchase one of the many used items for sale. But the best reason to visit Mike, is the way you are made to feel when you are in need of some cash. Its hard enough to have to visit an exchange and loan because you might feel less than a person because you are not used to being without money. But when you walk through the door, you are met with a smiling face and a persona that makes you feel extremely comfortable. Within seconds, you already feel better about your situation and by the time you leave, you wondered why you felt so apprehensive in the first place. if you are in need, please go visit Mike for a pleasant experience.

Recently purchased a welder from Bank pawn, customer service was excellent - both gentlemen were very friendly, patient and happy to answer as many questions as I wanted to ask. They even allowed me to make extended payments on my machine, which was much appreciated because I couldnt have gotten a welder otherwise, being that those things are expensive, though they gave me a fair price. Purchasing the welder was my first experience with them, and I cant say enough good things about Bank Pawn. I would highly recommend them to friends, family & strangers alike. Thanks again fellas!

Clean, organized, fair and nice inventory. The store is easy to navigate and a very accommodating staff. They had a rush of customers when I came in but after waiting for them to clear a couple customers, to ask questions , I was given all the help I needed. Nice selection of near new and new products as well. I will be going back for sure. Good people. A++ Mike was the guy who helped me. Knowledgeable and courteous. If you cant get help from him his partner is a super jerk. Leave and go back when Mike can help you.

I know Mike personally. And I can tell you this, you will not find a more honest, upfront, and all around good guy to do any kind of business with. Any business venture Mike is a part of is a business I am comfortable working with under any circumstance! Phenomenal experience. Mike helped me, and all I can say is I was treated like family from the second you walk in. Great prices on pawning and selling your items. The selection on the floor has a lot to be offered for good prices. Mike was the most pleasant and fair shop owner I have ever met! He worked with me on pricing, and even tried to save me a little. Hes getting the full 5 stars because he is honestly the best person to go to for anything you may need in this area. I would definitely 10/10 recommend! I went into this store a few weeks ago...I was greeted with TOTAL respect and kindness....the guys at the window were Marvelous and was willing to give me the best deal ever on a 42 Smart TV....$300....WOW!!!...if you HAVENT been there ....YOU MUST GO NOW!!!!!! Christmas is around the corner!!!!

Friendly staff, they give you an excellent price. Ive never had a pawn shop offer me more than I had asked for- but they did that. I would highly recommend Bank Pawn shop on warren rd. For being a smaller store they have a wide variety of items and great prices. You wont regret stopping in!

I used to shop here for DVDs and stuff. I came in for a quick $30pawn and the guy came out to my car and wanted over $700 worth of sound system equipment.. total rip off I feel he would have taken my stuff home and said he lost it.... totally unreasonable

I just left from out if there and the owner is very cool and understsndable.. He was suppose to have been sold my xbox 1but he held it for... No other place would have done that for anyone... Best place to go to hands down
