i love going to viking. they have anything when it comes to aluminum trim/gutters/windows, window parts, pretty much anything exterior for the home. the best part is that they sell to homeowners, which allows people like me to work on their house with commercial grade products. they must have 50 colors of trim/siding/gutters. they even have copper gutters, which are crazy expensive. the two bad things about viking is the their hours are not very good if youd like to go after work (they close 4 or 4:30). And they dont accept AMEX. I understand that the contractors (main part of the business) dont shop at night. Also, AMEXs fees are high, so thats why they dont take AMEX. but yes, i love going there and saving money on things i can do myself and eliminate the need to hire a contractor.

Very rude staff, we wanted to obtain an estimate and were serious about buying from a local business but they were obviously upset that we came in 20 minutes before closing. We acknowledged that we knew they were closing soon and were only in need of an estimate. Had they been less nasty, it would have taken 10 minutes, but obviously they dont need new business. I have owned a business for 20 years and do not take leaving a review like this lightly, but this was over the top rudeness.

Ive dealt with Bob and the others at Viking for a few years. Theyre friendly, helpful, and always had what I needed. Their prices are competitive, and its nice to see a local business still exists in this corporate conglomerate world. Id recommend them.
