My husband and I typically go to Home Depot over Lowes because we received excellent customer service from the Augusta store. We have been working make improvements on a home we purchased two years ago and recently completed a large project and spent a large sum of money at the Greensboro location because it is a little closer to home than Augusta. Big mistake! I am completely disappointed with the Greensboro store. First we had to chase down someone to help us multiple times while we were there. It was extremely difficult to find help. When we did find someone some of the employees were helpful and nice but some clearly acted like they had better things to do than answer our questions or help. It was pathetic how really unhelpful the people were. However, my biggest complaint is with their manager. Not only did he act like he had better things to do than help us he was just down right rude and when we tried to talk to him about the problems we encountered while in the store, his only answer was "Im sorry you feel that way" and he turned around and left. He seemed like a miserable person who hates his job, we all know the type. You can bet we will go to Augusta from now on and debated on putting our items back and never going to a Home Depot again our experience was that bad!!!

We have been dealing with issues since April on a washer and dryer and finally Ardessie the Asm called me back and handled the situation that we have been dealing with for months ! We went into the store on July 5 to shake his hand and thank him for everything and he sold us a zero turn showed us how to use it best customer service ever!! We live a mile from lowes but thanks to Ardessie and his great customer service we bout it from Home Depot ! Thank you again Ardessie!!!!!

This store has amazing customer service. My husband and i came in to look for items for our lake condo and Regina Porter was VERY helpful! She went out of her way to help us with shades to filter sun light for our patio. The store only had one available and she tracked down what we needed along with double checking and looking online for options... She made our trip to Home Depot painless and enjoyable!

Are you kidding me, ridiculous, can never get any help, products are horrible, phone run around, check out is forever. the only ones that know anything are the older people thank goodness for them. I did work there for one year, I have seen that side too. the only saving grace is you can take back items, liberal policy. thank goodness.

A nice store - if something is ever wrong, talk to the manager and he will fix it. But Warning: the gas station is no longer owner by Home Depot and their prices are no longer good. Get your gas in Madison.

I did the me flooring deal they are having and big mistake... Pretty sure the sub contractors are illegals.. didnt speak English at all... And the job they did sucked .. Beware of their subs on larger jobs....

Great experience. Had a dented safe that wouldnt close. The only model they had was $30 more expensive, and Tracey, the lady in Customer Service discounted it for us when we returned it! Wonderful service.

Tried on 4 separate times to speak to someone in the shower door department. Bounced back and forth worth with the operator. Never got anyone except the operator.
