Worst customer service of any Home Depot Ive been in. Needed some wire cut, spent 30 minutes in the store, but no one I asked would help. Even asked one of the managers. Terrible. Whoever was working today from 1:20-1:50 pm (7-16-15) should be fired. Terrible. I went to Lowes across the street and walked out with what I needed in 5 minutes.

I wanted a portable air conditioning unit with 10k BTU. I went to Home Depot for a deal. They had an open box , but were selling it at full price. The staff person said that it was a display and had never been used. I went across the street to Lowes and bought a better and less expensive one.
