Worst customer service I have ever received lumber doesnt get restocked the workers are a bunch of lazy bums they were literally watching people climb shelves to serve themself and than had the nerve to yell at them and say they couldnt climb the shelfs. And than the manager lady came around the corner and took the side of the worker and said she seen it all when she wasnt around?!! Corporate better gets some new management and hires some new workers not saying they re all rid but I would say 80 % is and Ive been going to hd for years. That changes now Lowes has a new client

They have the basics for general home repair projects and check out is usually very quick as they have several self checkout lanes. My only negative feedback is that on the floor, they lack customer service skills. If you can get an associates attention, they are usually knowledgeable but move times than not they are unwilling to help you. Ive had incidents where Ive had to run after someone just to have him tell me to ask someone else. I rate them 4 stars based on the ease of finding what I need {when I know exactly what that is) and speed of checking out.

It is a nice store. I just cant believe how entitled and discourteous some customers are on the weekend. So, if you are a real do it your selfer and courteous, I suggest you get your needed supplies during week day hours. To avoid the customers that think they are do it selfers and that they are entitled to block the aisles and monopolize the equipment available for all customers and refuse you access to the equipment even while they are not using while they are gathering the rest of their material.

This Home Depot consistently has the friendliest and most helpful employees in any home improvement store I have ever visited. They are just the opposite to the employees in the Walmart next door. It is like the two stores hired people from different planets. The Home Depot has the nicest and the Walmart has the grumpiest. Perhaps a reflection of the work environment. I highly recommend this Home Depot.

An employee named Todd who works in the plumbing department was extremely helpful when I had numerous questions about installing a toilet myself. He explained the different products and how to go about it all. I cant thank him enough for making my project go so smoothly....its nice to see employees who know what they are talking about and make you feel confident.

If I want nails and screws they seem to have those in stock. The selection is limited on pretty much whatever else I am interested in as far as tools and lumber. When I need something they dont have carters always have it Ive been going to hd for years for whatever but this store being my closest store is not my favorite.

We paid over $10,000 for our fense to get built through these guys in November (about 3 months ago). We just had this ridiculous wind storm today & half the fense fell down & when we called to tell them, they said theres nothing they can do because its "an act of God".... UNACCEPTABLE! P.S. Im an atheist.

Review is specific to the lumber section. It is horrible, even for Home Depot standards. Youll spend hours here just trying to find more than a couple straight 2x4s. Its like they specialize in live edge hockey sticks. The employees avoid this section so you wont get any help from them.

Im sick and tired of going into a home Depot asking for help over and over and not getting any. Our company spends 10s of thousands of dollars a year in that place and your service is garbage all I needed was a price on a piece of pipe and you wouldnt help me at least lowes tried to help

Dont go here first thing in the morning. It must be when they put the dopes working. I asked 6 ppl for assistance and not 1 would move a inch... TIME TO FIRE SOME PEOPLE HOME DEPOT, I dont think you pay them to stand around and talk to eachother. To bad for this Home Depot

Always a customer service rep around when you need one. Get questions answered quickly, and courteously. They go above and beyond to assist and make you feel comfortable, and EVERYone, from cashiers to floor service reps are extremely friendly. Love this store.

Very poorly lit store. Not sure why its incredibly dark in here. Ive been in this store several times and have never once had someone ask me if I needed help. Cant say much about their quality of service when Ive never received it.

Store is well stocked, but twice now Ive asked staff the location of something, and they sent me on a wild goose chase to aisles that had nothing to do with what I was looking for. Go to Lowes!
