MUCH BETTER THAN LOWES! Heck, even Google Maps shows a map of the inside of their store, that is awesome. Always friendly staff, and of they cant answer your question, they will point you to someone who can. Need wood cut? They can do it. Need wood worth a dang? they have it. They sort their lumber and cull out anything that is warped. Need a small piece for practically nothing? Check the cull lumber area, 70% off the normal price (but I sure do miss the 50 cent system they had before) I like the selection, and their tools are always more reliable than that Kobalt crap from Lowes. I also like that they can special order tools, like the other Ryobi power tools not available in store. They also offer good contractor services if you need a project done and dont have the resources to do it.

Went to tool rental here to rent a wallpaper steamer. The person working completely ignored me; finished the current sale and took another customer (a man) before he even acknowledged me, despite the fact that I had been there before him. I got home, started the steamer, and it shut itself off after less than 5 minutes of use. I call the number on the receipt and the guy tells me to let it cool off, and proceeds to hang up on me. The steamer never went on again. I took it back, and they gave me a refund on the deposit, and Im still waiting for the refund. Will not be coming to the Home Depot again.

I love this Home Depot. We always come here first whenever we have a home project to do. They have a great selection of anything can you can imagine is at a housewares store, nails, pipes, flooring, tiles, paint, etc. We have also used their installation services for an air conditioning and have nothing but nice things to say about that process as well. Weve gotten kitchen appliances too. The staff is always nice and helpful with any questions. Weve come a few times for their Saturday morning kids crafts and the kids love building projects now, which I love.

Worse location ever, dont even bother placing an order, no none will be able to help! I have had three different associates tell me something different an order they had placed. The most disorganized non existing customer service I have ever seen. I honestly think they are not trained on the computer for orders have shipped via the store. Forget about trying to call and get a department you will just be transferred back and forth for an hour, might as well just get in the car and drive, be quicker!

Not only do I love Home Depot because they are dog friendly, but today was an exceptional experience. While getting a few items and training two dogs to be polite and patient in a store setting, the youngest could not hold it and had an accident. Immediately I was able to find help who did not seem bothered at all by the mess and who even was willing to clean it up himself. Thank you for being a dog friendly store and having exceptional staff (and succulents).

Online pick up was suppose to be ready at 1 pm. I show up at 1:15, and its not ready. Im told itll be a few minutes and theyll get it ASAP. Twelve minutes later, nothing. I tell them I could go back and get it faster than their staff. Five more minutes, still nothing, so I go and get my items, all the while passing NINE Home Depot employees standing around asking if I need help. I will stick to lowes and menards and ace where the employees help the customers.

Deceptive and not trustworthy! Went to pick up an assembled grill which was purchased online. After "not finding it" for about ten minutes, they then said they did!!! In actuality, we watched as they wiped down a floor model, wheeled it out and began to ring it up as new -- at full cost and never mentioning the switch. To boot, there were parts missing! Still waiting for an apology from the evening manager, Randy.

Very poorly staffed location. For years our family uses this store only if Lowes is out of stock on something urgent. Every time I try to give this store another chance, I run into something unpleasant. Things like waiting for 30 minutes for specialist to show up at windows desk, just to find out that Pro Services could have helped me upfront, or rude employee at tool rental department are typical there.

Such poor customer service. I was in to make returns and already the lady who was helping from the get go had a bad attitude. Not sure what me and my mom couldve done to inconvenience her life. Maybe she should seek another job seeing that she dislikes hers so much. Its not hard to smile and its not hard to throw things back in my bag. I would not go ba ck to this location.

Awful experience here. Understaffed and the staff that was there seemed agitated with me that I wanted to schedule a garage door installation and pay them $400. Went to Lowes down the street and was asked three times by associates if I needed help. Waited at Home Depot for an hour with no help, and was out the door at Lowes in 15 minutes. Will go to Lowes every time.

After reading several negative comments about the store at this location, I was really hesitant to go, but I decided to check it out for myself. How wrong the nay-sayers were! …And...Their reviews are 3-or-more years old. I found the parking lot easy to navigate, the store was very tidy and clean, and customer service was excellent (Thank you, Derek!)

Horrible customer service at the customer service desk! I am appalled that a rude person can stay employed in the customer service area at this Home Depot. When a customer has a simple inquiry the correct policy should be to courteously answer the question and we would have been happy and moved on. I highly recommend the lowes down the street..

Online inventory is never to be trusted. Ive found items online that just dont exist. Tried to buy In-store items online only to have money refunded because item doesnt exist. In-store staff is clueless about where product is and very unhelpful when trying to resolve the issue. Theyve lost a customer, and I will never recommend them.

Wasnt impressed. Was there too buy flowers for the yard but they had very limited selection. I was 3rd in line to check out, and even with their "expedited" check out process, I waited for 15 minutes. That didnt include the time I waited for them to get the mulch off the pallets. Wish I had gone to the Sawmill Rd. store.

Terrible experience. Cant get the order right 7 months after it was paid for and no one is willing to help or follow up. Phone calls go to voicemail or to the general operator. When you stop by associates are unable to help and refer you to the manager who does not respond.

So glad theres a Home Depot in Hilliard now. Store is clean and easy to find stuff. The security camera stuff in the tools section is disturbing and annoying when it constantly dings at you for walking by, -1 star for that. I understand why they do it but come on.

So far I have had pretty good service with this location. The wife and I bought a floor model room ac unit the employee even carried to the car for us. The staff seems pretty friendly and knowledgeable. The paint center guys our great....Keep up the great work!!
