I never rate and review any one in my life this is the first time because I need to tell other people about my experience in a store been going to for years 15 years been going to harbor freight never return a single item for refund or warranty,not because the tools last forever but because cheap price and quality it is not worth it to drive and get warranty . Today the first time I went to return an item I bought 7 days ago it was an open box item , cashier answer was you can not return it because the policy to return any thing 5 days only so l told her my day off is Sunday only and I never heard about this policy so she call a manger. Manger came 5 minutes later look the receipt and she said 2 days off we will not return it in a very rude way,I tried to explain to her that Sunday is my only day off she said this your problem not mine , she said if you dont like go shop some where else. My advise to you stay away from Dearborn store , very bad customer service . I will never go to any harbor freight store after today ,I did unsubscribe myself from them advertisement

Location is inconvenient enough as it is but if I have to make 2 stops within 2 weeks and STILL not have the item I need you have issues. Stock up on merchandise. A blow torch is one of the most basic tools. Get it together.

New location is convenient for me. Tools are cheap, but you get what you pay for. I bought one of their Predator engines recently and am impressed so far.

Helpful staff and VERY competitive prices. Wish we had one of these stores in Canada, deep discounts compared to what we have to pay up north.
