Went two weekends in a row as we are remodeling our home at this time. No one ever offered to help us in anyway as myself and my mom loaded up 24 boxes of hardwood and pushed the cart thru the store and all the way out to the car. One male employee even passed me while I was struggling to push the cart and said "sometimes you have to push a little harder". He continued on his way and never offered a helping hand nor did the other employees that just passed us by. Thats okay because with or without their help we made it to the car where finally one young man asked if he could help us load up our $1200.00 of stuff we just purchased . Went the next weekend to buy 15 gallons of paint(loved the lady at the paint desk) asked 4 different employees about a certain brand of caulk and they looked at us like they had never heard of caulk. Finally an older gentleman that we asked an hour later after all the others we asked said I will be right back let me find out and never returned, the gentlemen had the information we had been searching for. So the only people out of two weekends that deserve anything is the lady at the paint counter, the young man who help load the car, and the older gentleman that didnt mind taking 5 min of his time to help us. Home depot work on your customer service skills! Customers are what makes your salaries.

Friendly and helpful staff. I came here to try to get a job, but i didnt get a response back from HR, but it wasnt the first time. Anyways I came here to speak to a manager about my application, but I talked to a friendly cashier who told me how to get more information, and she was also busy at the time so I felt kinda bad that I detured her from her job. She told me to go to the help desk, and then I was greeted by another friendly lady at the help desk who gave me the HR phone number. Finally, I can say that I hope to work here in the future when I have more work experience.

A slightly mixed bag on which sections of this store will help you hence 3 out of 5 star. Gardening Section: These folks were great and helped me find the things I wanted quickly. Plumbing Section: Had someone help me within seconds of walking into the aisle. Lumber Section: Vacant, its like no one even worked in this section. One employee actually seen me down one aisle wave them down, and they nodded at me and while not really acknowledging me went someplace else? Overall the cashiers are pretty pleasant people. I would not recommend coming here for lumber.

Morgan was a great help to me while finding a replacement for my leaking garbage disposal. Though I came into the store during the last minutes of the day with a problem, I was made to feel like my problem was hers too. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I hope she is given a raise to encourage her to stay with Home Depot. Thank you Morgan!

This was our first trip to Home Depot in Valdosta. We found everything we needed and the sales associate was so nice and helped us find what we needed and even helped us through self checkout. They even assisted my husband and I getting to our car. We will definitely be returning for future household needs. Thankyou for making our visit a pleasant one.

The staff here at Valdosta Home Depot has been very supportive everytime I visit. Today the cash register went above and beyond to resolve a price dispute. I probably spent close to $10k here and they will continue to get my business as long as the customer service remains as is or better.

Decent service, relatively standard store. Bathrooms get remodeled every couple years. We had an issue with some special order windows which after making a stink the management worked with us to fix. A decent store to use.
