I am the owner of this store. I regret that this customer had such a bad experience. I would just like to say that we had an equally bad experience with him and we are not unhappy that he will not be shopping with us anymore. Its actually a relief. If you have ever worked retail you know how some customers can behave. He was a terrible and horrible customer. Rude and vulgar. I know that you may not expect an owner to make a comment like this but I want to support my staff and every person who works retail. He is the kind of customer who ruins your day and is unnecessarily rude and cruel. He was very rude to my staff and I support my people in this situation unconditionally. Come give us a try at customer service and courtesy and knowledgable sales personnel and make your own judgement. Im sorry that I had to make these comments about a customer but I will defend my staff completely and unconditionally when an unfair public comment has been made. Beware of Steve Jones. Not a nice guy!
