I have been to many doctors, and many types of doctors, but I can tell you that the experience I had with Dr. Bell was one of the best that I have experienced. He did not rush through the exam, he listened when I told him of an issue or concern, and he empathized completely with my issues. Dr. Bell will be recommended by us for his kindness and caring, not just for being a great doctor. The gentleman that helped us pick out glasses and get through all of the insurance part of the exam, could not have been more friendly, welcoming, and informative of what we were looking at. My husband and I had been having a bad day, but after leaving this office, we had renewed faith in an office that cares about their patients. We were able to have a real conversation with him, joke about old times and silly things we did as kids, and again, he was not rushing us or making us feel like he just wanted us to get out of their. If anything, quite the opposite. It was a great experience.

All I can say is make sure you know exactly what you are getting for what you pay.. I was made to believe after my insurance and my wifes insurance was taken and talked with salesman about what insurance was being used for what discounts on my glasses and contacts I wanted , to ask for the final bill for everything discussed. Took my card and believed i paid for visit , glasses, and contacts , to only have paid for a contact evaluation, glasses and doc evaluation..My insurance was only used causing more money out of pocket. Then after calling , I was made to feel like it was my fault for not checking my bill and feel like a liar. When I know exactly how the conversation went at time of sales.. They are just like car salesmen here. Would not recommend this location!!!

This office is super convenient if you live or work in the area. They offer evening and weekend appointments, a wonderful option for those of us with rigid schedules during the week. The office is comfortable, clean, and staffed with very nice folks. The doctor at this location has been with Henry Ford for some time, so it is nice that he is available at this satellite location. We have not shopped for glasses at this location, but we have gotten contact lenses, which was very fast and easy.

I walked in on Thursday evening without an appointment. The staff was really nice and helpful. Made an appointment for Saturday. At my appointment the eye doctor was extremely nice and answered all my questions. I picked out my glasses and today (tuesday) I received a text that my glasses are ready to be picked up. I cant believe within 5 days of walking in I already have my glasses! I used to go to SVS Vision but OptimEyes is definitely a lot better!

Your web site says you are open on Friday from 10 to 6. My husband phoned for an appointment and after several phone calls and leaving messages, an answering service finally answered the phone. They said you were closed on Fridays. You might want to update your web site to reflect your correct hours.

Just called to make an appointment, said there are no doctors in the office of Wednesdays or Fridays. Super inconvenient, had to got to another location to work with my schedule
