Very impressive! Dr. Miller did my exam for contacts and glasses. He answered all my questions and even gave me a printout of information about my conditions. He is very proffesional, kind and thorough. They gave me a copy of my prescription. They matched the lowest price I could find on the internet and will replace them if they tear. Saved a lot of money on my contact lenses.(Shelley told me about this.) Shelley who is the master of glasses.She knows everything about glasses and she has great taste in picking out frames. She is amazing. She was the one who sold me on buying my contact lenses and glasses at Oakland Vision in Walled Lake. I dare you to find a better place for contacts and glasses. They are all about quality and making you happy.

First appointment 2 HOURS late. Eye exam had to be redone. The optometrist was very pushy and not helpful picking out glasses. Glasses and sunglasses both had to have their lenses redone. When the scrip was finally right, i found that the lens materials were cheap or something, they scratched up easily (Ive never had a problem with scratches in 25 years of wearing glasses). My wife went through 4 sets of lenses, her scrip is still off somehow. She refuses to even go back for her 5th. Shes just dealing with it until she can get new glasses. Would not use them again.

Great experience with Oakland Optical. Dr Weiser is thorough and easy to deal with. They have worked with me to adjust (re-make) lenses to meet my unique mid-range requirements. They honored my Crizal scratch warranty on the last day. Whenever I have stopped in for simple fixes like a nose bridge, they took care of me. The great customer service keeps me coming back.

Doctors are nice enough but Ive been here 2 times and they were 60 min late the first time and 30 min late for my second appointment. Not worth my time...wont be coming back.
