Very poor customer service, the staff was very short with me. My lenses on my new glasses are chipped in two places (I guess they didnt think I would notice.) They also gave me incorrect information about transition lenses (said they couldnt be tinted. I will never do business with them again.

I wouldnt even give them one star. I then customer service was awful. My dad and I waited in there for 2 hours after our appointment cause of dilation and still didnt see anyone. I even called the corporate and they did nothing. I wouldnt go there.

I switched to SVS two years ago, other than them being very busy at times they have always been helpful and accommodating. I like the selection of $130 frames (frame allowance) and the male Optician is a very nice man. I would recommend to others :)

The staff knows us by first name when we walk in the door. I have a special needs son and then are very patient and welcoming. Great customer service. I do wish they had better selection of frames to accommodate my sons prescription.

VERY poor customer service! Keep your comments to yourself!! I was verbally attacked and insulted by an employee at SVS Vision because my name is spelled differently. I was VERY embarrassed and humiliated by her.

They dont care about you once you are out the door. They wont return your calls. A bunch of lying employees. If your insurance covers any other eye glass business, go there. Anywhere would be better.
