I have been wearing glasses and contacts for almost 20 years and I thought I had good eye care professionals in the past. Well until I entered Pinnacle Eye Group I had no idea what GREAT eye care was. From start to finish this truly is the best eye experience you can receive and Ive been all over northwest Ohio on the search for ophthalmic pros. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by Rachael and Michelle with their welcoming smiles. Adam did a wonderful job with my diagnostic testing and made me feel at ease through the various procedures. When it came time, Renee was excellent with all my contact needs and after several years of wearing and not finding the right ones she was able to fit me in contacts that I could wear all day comfortably and that is a huge relief! Now to my favorite portion of the eye doctor is picking glasses...I love to try new frames and styles of which Pinnacle has a wide array to choose from, but often times it can be frustrating. Jim is an absolute master at his craft! Within minutes he had chosen a pair of frames for me that I likely wouldnt have and my search was over; they were perfect! Within a few days it was time to pick up my new specs and Jim had fitted them almost perfectly without me even trying them on! Last but not least is Dr. Mike. He has done a tremendous job making patients feel comfortable and ensuring that you understand exactly what is happening with your eye health and how he is treating your specific needs. I cannot express enough how impressive the entire staff is. Ive referred several friends and family and will continue to make Pinnacle my eye healthcare choice and you should too!

My family and I usually have an amazing experience here and really loved it because we have been family friends with the owners for awhile so it just made the experience better. However last time my mother was there she was not treated well at all. The doc was very rude to her just about anything. Like why she made the appointment or rudely telling her to not call him by his first name because it was unprofessional even tho shes known him for 10 years or so and has always called him that. Then he proceeded to talk badly about his staff right to her. Very professional huh? I normally wouldnt do a bad review but I am very disappointed and angry about how they treated my mother during her last (definitely last) visit.

Tgey gave me as all the help and time I needed to feel comfortable and confident with my choice of new eyewear. That was 17 years ago. Since then the me is now a we, with my wife, son and daughter. Through new glasses, first glasses, contacts, and prescription sunglasses Drs. Michael & Julie Zysik and their fantastic staff have served all of our eye care needs.

Ive been a patient of the Zysiks for many years. I keep going back because they and their staff have always been friendly and taken good care of my family and me. When I got new contacts they were really great about helping me try a few different brands over a couple of weeks so I could find something that I could wear comfortably. Every time I go for my eye exam Im always amazed by Dr. Zysiks expertise and thoroughness. I leave knowing Ive received the best care. The optical department is the best. Jim is great in finding just the right shape of lense to fit the shape of your face. Their eye frame selection is great! Many designer frames from which to choose. I have to say, this was by far The Best Experience that I have had in any Medical Office. I was fortunate enough to have Renee take care of all my initial test before Dr. Zysik, O.D. took care of my final test. My wife and girls love it there as well. I am glad they have a location in Perrysburg allowing us to stay Local. Honestly, FIVE stars is to low of a Rating in my opinion.
