Last year I had a terrible time with Sears Optical in the Genesee Valley. They tried multi times to get my prescription filled and had to keep returning my glasses because the prescription was wrong. On three different occasions my glasses were scratched before I ever got them. After 6 months without glasses I demanded my money back and had to call the Saginaw store to give me the Regional Manager name and number. Eventually she had to issue a credit from the computers in Saginaw because the GV store could not do it. The girls at the GV store even tried to yell at me because I would not take glasses I could not see out of and were scratched. At one point the GV store even admitted that their equipment had to be replaced because it was old and scratching lenses when they tried to read them. While I got my money I paid on my glasses back they did not credit my insurance back for their portion of the charges. I went to another Optometrist in Burton, MI and had my glasses in 7 days no problems. Stay clear of this store!

Had the eye exam and pick ed out my glasses. No issues. Until they went to the lab. And there was a big delay. They asked for a review. I gave them a 1. and commented i had not received my glasses which was true. Couple days latter they offered me a free pair of glasses. Which they never gave me. Be cause I gave them a bad review. Got a vindictive phone call from a Rachel complaining about the review. So she took the so called free glasses away . if you want drama and slow service , then go to the sears optical in flint mi.

I have bought my glasses here the last 4 years and always had great service. Dr Easton does a prompt and thorough eye exam. Rachel has helped me the last couple times and was great. Very informative in helping me get exactly what I needed. The dark haired girl is also very friendly and fixed my mangled glasses last summer. Great product, fair prices, and wonderful staff.
