Dear Steve, I am writing in regards to your dealerships management of the bikes that we had on consignment with you. I would like to first tell you how deeply disappointed and saddened I am that you took advantage of our family. My dad had such high respect for you and your dealership. Your immoral behavior is embarrassing and of poor business sense. In July 2014, you were given 2 motorcycles on consignment. We frequently called and checked in on the status of both bikes. Both bikes were lists on Your website at this time. We sent you the titles of the bikes as well. We did notice in September 2015, the 2013 triumph was no longer listed on line as a bike for sale. When calling, you indicated the it was the wrong time of year to sell the bike. In April 2016, per telephone conversations you hadnt been able to sell the bike. In June 2016, you indicated a deal had "just fallen through." On September 9, 2016, when we called asking about the status of the bike your response was, "actually just got a guy who gave me a low ball offer of $5000. Its a tough time to sell a bike." After thinking about, we called back and indicated that we would pick up the bike on Tuesday, September 13. On Sunday, you left a message saying the bike was sold for $6250 and you let the guy take the bike on Saturday. It was not until September 22nd, that we received the check. The entire situation became unsettling to us. In the meanwhile, we took it upon ourselves to do some research and information seeking. The bike you claimed wasnt sold until 9/16, was actually registered in Plymouth, MA in 6/2015. I am angry that you took advantage of us. I dont trust that you gave us the true price of the bikes that you claimed you got. I hope that you will come clean with the truth, a written apology, and the true sale of the bikes.

They dont seem to know anything about bikes here. I dont trust places that sell bikes alongside used cars. When I called about a new model of triumph asking if they had any in stock the reply I got was "oh no, they dont make those anymore."(obviously not true) and whenever I went into the shop they were always very pushy trying to sell every bike I looked at, regardless of the fact that they know nothing about them. Some of the bikes the sales person didnt even know the name. Its a shame this is the only Triumph dealer in Rhode Island. I dont see myself ever owning a Triumph cause I dont see myself ever doing business with this dealer. Also, there is cat hair on everything

Purchased 2008 Scrambler new. Since then the staff has been forthcoming with answers to any questions regarding my bike. I do my own maintenance but have trust in the staff mechanic who has been at this location since my purchase and maybe longer. That fact alone gives me confidence in their servicing ability and advice. I would purchase any make of cycle they chose to sell because of these qualities. They just happen to sell Triumph Cycles. And "No" Im not getting paid to endorse this firm.

I just picked up my 2017 Triumph Thruxton R after having the first service, my bike was cleaned and polished and ready when they they said it would be. This is my 3rd Triumph from them, very professional and great prices. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Very good for motorcycle sales and service. They are a Massachusetts sticker station and also carry a full line of parts and accessories. Friendly and easy to deal with. They also have financing available and have a car dealership on site also.
