2015 The Year of the Bike! I have some brand new friends at the Boston Harley store! I wanted to surprise my husband for Christmas this year and buy him a motorcycle. He saw a bike he absolutely loved and within a week or so decided to go in and make Matt (one of the sales gentlemen) an offer. I had gotten to the store first, bought the bike and asked Matt put a big SOLD sign on it! When my husband got there he was crushed! But this was all part of my intricate plan. Theo, one of the awesome managers, took a picture of his face from a distance when he saw the SOLD sign and text it to me. It was priceless! Theo kept me informed every step of the way by text and Matt by phone. My husband agonized over the bike for a couple of hours before he finally left the store. As he sat in his car, he watched Matt move the bike away from the window and went running back inside. Theo and Matt tried to tell my husband that “they didn’t have a good feeling about the ‘other guy’ and that he might back out of the bike" and if he did Theo promised to let him know something right away. The bike was the last thing he mentioned every night before he went to bed and the first thing he mentioned every morning after that day. From the moment I bought the bike it seemed like the whole store of employees was in on it with me and protected the secret at all costs! They even helped me set up the execution of the surprise by delivering the bike to one of my neighbor’s house the day before we were going to spring everything. Matt delivered it and had a rather tough time trying to maneuver the bike into a tight space under the porch, but somehow he did it! Because the bike has the usual 60 days to try it out etc. my family and I decided we should give him his Christmas present on Thanksgiving. Especially since we have been so blessed with favorable weather he could actually take it out and ride it a little bit before winter. The day had come… We gave him a Christmas wrapped box and inside was a blindfold with a note that read “put this on.” We guided him outside to the driveway where he insisted he knew what his surprise was. But then, of course, he heard the unmistakable sound that ONLY Harley-Davidson motorcycles make… that very deep…VAARROOOOOOOOM!!! The jig was finally up! He tore off his blindfold and was screaming like a little boy (even though he is 55!) I just cannot express enough gratitude to Theo, Matt, and all the ladies and gentlemen at the Boston Harley store that helped my family and I make this happen. Our lives are created by a series of moments that string together over the years. They have created a moment, a memory that will NEVER be forgotten by me or any of our family that were there that fateful night! I wonder if they knew they had the power to do this. Well, they do now!

Not happy. Boyfriend had his heart set on a bike they had. The bikes battery died and needed to be serviced and he couldnt test ride it that day so the sales guy put a hold on the bike for us for the next day. It was going to rain the next day and we told the sales guy if it rains than we will be in the day after. He agreed with us and said no problem. The next day it rained and we called first thing in the morning to say that we wouldnt be in to test drive until the next day and the sales guy said no problem again. We go in the next day as planned in the morning and the guy tells my boyfriend that a girl came in last night right before closing and put a deposit down on it. The bike was even brought in and left in the back apparently with the hold tag. We were shocked and the sale guy was too apparently. He had no idea how that happened. If the sales guy had just told us to put a deposit down we would of done that. We were screwed out of a bike and when my boyfriend complained to the GM, all he did was apologize. The right thing to do would have been to call us that morning to let us know what happened and if we wanted to ride it and put a deposit down we would need to come in immediately. We would have said yes and they should of called the woman back apologizing that the bike was promised to someone elae. Bad business practice. A lot of mistakes were made on the dealerships part and we totally had our hopes given up. Waste of time and a day off from work.

I purchased a 2015 sportster 1200t here in March after a hectic ride with Harley dealership.....in Billerica. The salesman, Bill Hetherton, took his time and showed me the different types of new and used motorcycles that would fit my budget. I didnt feel pressured at all to make a decision at all. It was one stop shopping from there. I signed papers on my bike (My first Harley) and off I went. Six months later, I traded in my 2015 sportster for a brand new 2015 left over RoadGlide special. Once again, Bill took time and explained the differences between the StreetGlide and RoadGlide, and together I arrived at the 2015 RoadGlide special in denim black. Once again it was a no pressure relaxed experience. Service, Parts, and Clothing also do their part in keeping me a loyal customer. As an MVP member I receive special discounts and promotions in Parts and Clotging, and whenever either department doesnt have it, they get it for me very quickly. The service department is also amazing, Big Bob, Mark, and Chris have all done a great job handling the service and tuning of both of my motorcycles and I refuse to let any other dealer look at my bike. In closing, this is a great, full service dealership, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to any of my friends.

Lets face it, sometimes when a woman walks into any type of dealership she can expect a run around. I am so happy that I met and bought my bike from Frank Anzalone at Boston Harley-Davidson. Frank took the time to explain the questions that I had in simple terms that a new rider could understand. I walked out with a 2015 FLSTC - Heritage Softail Classic and I couldnt be happier. I can ride this bike, and it fits me well. Frank helped me by explaining many different options that were available to me. During the time that I waited for paperwork to be completed in finance Frank was extremely personable and knowledgeable which only made me feel all the more comfortable with this dealership, and confident about my purchase. If you are just a dreamer right now, go see Frank and let him introduce you to Kris Cournoyer, who will teach you to ride at the Harley-Davidson Riding Academy! If you want to talk someone who you can actually feel comfortable asking about parts talk to Eric who I found to be patient, kind and easy to talk to. I couldnt be happier with this dealership they make you feel comfortable at every visit. Check out their events page.

With less than two weeks before embarking on an epic cross-country motorcycle ride while moving to Hawaii, I walked into Boston Harley-Davidson dreaming of trading in my car AND my Honda Shadow for my first Harley. A week or so later I had unloaded my two vehicles and was the proud owner of my dream bike. Im giving Boston Harley five stars for doing several key things right. 1) They have created a zero pressure environment. Everyone from my sales person Matt Handy, to the service fellas and even the sales manager Ernie were extremely nice and considerate. You can say no, you can haggle...your perspective will still be respected. 2) Boston Harley is a place to dream. Even if youre not going to buy a bike or into biking, visit their showroom...you cant help but be inspired as youre welcomed to check out all these glorious machines. 3) I made it safely from Boston to L.A. and am now riding this beast all over the Big Island. Matt checked in with me several times on the trip. Im impressed with Harley-Davidsons understanding of good business and if Boston HD doesnt epitomize that I dont know what does...Thank you Matt and Boston Harley!
