New management, new staff man what a major difference it makes. I brought my Vespa Lx 150 in to get serviced before under old management took 2 weeks for a basic service. Im so glad they brought back Dio and Chris these two guys definitely know their stuff. The bonus is they are super efficient. I recently heard the duo was back and I had to see it for myself. So I went ahead and brought my Vespa Lx 150 in for another basic service and was in and out in no time.Hopefully this company realizes their worth and never let these two get away again!!!

Had my Vepsa ET2 services there for five years. Always received great service there, especially from Dio and Chris. Ended up trading in my ET2 for a powerful ET4 and both Chris and Dio were helpful in getting me through the bumps of the Mass RMV registration and buying. Highly recommended! Dio and Chris are really knowledgeable about Vespas and especially with the older types I adore - ET versions.

Not a great place to deal with, as one of a very small number of Vespa dealers on the NE coast they have a monopoly. My purchase and delivery experience of a brand new GTS300 was average at best. Herb makes all the right noises in his commercials/marketing but seem to forget to insist his staff follow his principles!!!

Diodoro was great! He was very knowledgeable about all the bikes. When you go to Vespa Boston they make you feel special and important. I will definitely refer all my friends and family to Vespa Boston! If you are in Boston this is definitely a must place to visit. Be ready to leave with a bike that truly fits you!

It would be easy for a the only dealer in the area to treat customers like dirt, but they dont. One time they even helped me with a quick fix over the phone so I didnt have to come in... Wow!
