There are thief and day light robbery, the latter probably fall into their categories. This is a typical mom and pop family business that dont have a lot of business based on the fact that they have zero ethical in dealing with their customers. I came in with my Rolex one day to have it look over for its authenticity, while the father intentionally walked inside whilst tightening up the back case and dropped the on the floor maybe in hope that I will come back to them if the watch somehow broken a few days later, The son (Andrew Smith) stole a couple of my bracelet links that he was taking apart resizing them to fit my wrist. When they were asked if they dropped my watch, the father said it his tools that was dropped. I was there in their face the whole time seeing Andrew took out a total 3 extra bracelet links but gave back only 2. Talking broad daylights robbery this is it. Never again I would come back to them
