Ive never placed a review online before, but Brays is so exceptional that I have to praise them. My fiance was very nervous about picking a place to purchase my engagement ring at after dealing with other money-hungry, pushy jewelers (and not knowing anything about diamonds), and he couldnt have found a better place. My fiance worked with Bill, and he raved about how honest and trustworthy he was. He has been very helpful every step of the way, from helping my fiance find the perfect ring within our budget, and resizing my ring and getting it back to me the very next day. The ring is gorgeous, and shines more than any other ring Ive ever seen. Even when I had a small issue with the ring, BIll was able to fix it with no questions, no fees, no nothing - which was not what we expected from a jewelery store. Since we are new to the Manchester area, we will even stop in occasionally to get recommendations from Bill about where to eat, shop, etc., and he will offer to clean my ring while we chat. We are ordering our wedding bands from Brays also, and any other jewelery we will ever buy.

From the moment my now husband purchased by engagement ring we havent looked at another jeweler since. Wayne and Bill are what a family business should me. Honest, caring, "get to know your customers on a personal level" kind of guys. 14 years later I have some of the most beautiful and unique pieces of jewelry. We have referred friends and they too wouldnt go anywhere else. The small store is the best kept secret around with hidden treasures just waiting to be seen by the right shopper. Looking forward to my next visit this week to see Wayne and get a little something for the anniversary girl.
