Chuck at. Dunbar provides great customer service. He wants to make sure all his customers are happy. Claudia a sales associate at Dunbar is very rude, snobby and has poor customer service skills. Claudia should not be working for.a jewelry store like Dunbar who provides great customer service to all their customers Claudia gives Dunbar a bad name and does not fit into that work environment!!!!

Well informed, friendly, courteous, personal attention from manager, Chuck. Expert goldsmith recently reset a three row channel set diamond and sapphire ring which we purchased elsewhere and needed extensive repair. We will return in the future for a custom band to compliment this ring which manager will design.
