All I can say is WOW!!! I was so amazed with the comfort level and personal assistance along with attention I received from this wonder Jeweler and all its staff. Baribault Jewelers has gone above and beyond when it came to my purchase of a Tacori diamond engagement ring. I cannot stop talking and thinking about all the staff and how great they made our special day feel. The staff were all perfect and I would highly recommend them to anyone. There was nothing about Baribault Jewelers that I did not like. I personally would like to thank all staff and owners at Baribault Jewelers for taking time to make this purchase possible. My fiance, Davide and I have spent several months shopping, with enthusiasm, for an engagement ring; relentlessly visiting many jewelry shops in the Hartford area, without any success. Upon arriving at Baribault Jewelers, there was an immediate sense indicating we were in the right place. Right away we were pleasantly greeted by Nicole in an adorable, confident, and as we came to know, a very knowledgeable way. Compared to our previous experiences, her expertise was refreshing. The Tacori brand was what we wanted, however, what we knew little about. Fortunately, Nicole taught us all we needed to know about the brand, including cut, color, clarity, and carat. Impressed by her professionalism, kindness, and consideration, she has become a close friend. Recently we wanted an addition to my beautiful ring, and without hesitation, we returned to Baribault. Amazing! Gorgeous styles to choose from, but more....At Baribault Jewelers, you feel "part of the family", very special, indeed! All friendly, helpful, considerate and yet professionalism, blended into a fantastic mix! Made to feel very comfortable, we chose the most beautiful ring in the world! Honestly, I fell in love with this ring and instantly knew what I wanted and how it should look, and they accommodated my preferences, even making suggestions I didnt know were options! Most rings in the case are white gold or platinum, and most rings seen in all jewelry stores are 14kt. Baribault has 18kt and when I ordered this ring in yellow gold rather than white, used two rings blended together, features I liked most in each, raised the center diamond a bit higher, and voila! Verragio Insignia, an amazingly gorgeous piece at very affordable pricing. Thanks to Christina, her sisters, brother, father, mother, & their assistants, they created the epitome of class and elegance, which only enhances our very special day. Nichole Currie is the best! She is the most patient, sweetest and helpful person that helped me during a time that was very important to me. My husband bought me a gift certificate to get my wedding ring reset two years ago. I have been working with Nichole for at least a year (probably longer) looking for the setting that was going to be perfect for me. She spent so many hours and multiple visits with me going through catalogs trying to find a setting that I had in my mind. I cannot express my gratitude for all of her patience and suggestions. She knows her products and had wonderful ideas on styles similar to what I liked. She brought in a few settings for me to see in person once I narrowed down what I liked. Celebrating our 25th Anniversary, my husband and I were making a substantial purchase to celebrate. I was very pleased with the service we received from the Baribault staff, and specifically Nichole, in assisting with the purchase. Nichole was super helpful in helping me choose the right fit for what I was looking for and offering many options to choose from. She was extremely helpful without being pushy, yet offered opinions and suggestions when I requested them. When I stopped in while Nichole was on vacation to just make sure I had picked the right item, the rest of the staff quickly stepped in to help out. Nicholes follow up and communication throughout were outstanding. She was a pleasure to work with and I will certainly reach out to her again when we have future needs. My experience with Baribaults was everything I hoped it would be. The employees are all friendly and helpful, specifically Martha, who was an enormous help throughout my shopping process. She talked me through my many options to have my engagement ring remade and geared me toward their one of a kind custom jeweler; I could not be happier with the outcome! Once I had my engagement ring, Martha also helped me pick out and match a beautiful infinity band to complete my setting. She was willing to meet me for appointments at any time, even on her days off. I went to Baribault to shop for an engagement ring. The entire staff has been incredibly helpful and kind each time Ive been there. Nichole walked me through every step of finding the perfect ring. She made what can be an intimidating and overwhelming process very stress free and enjoyable. My fiancée couldnt possibly love the ring any more than she does. The ring was a little bit loose on her finger at first so Baribault refit the ring free charge and had it back to us in less than 24 hours. I am very happy that I made the decision to try Baribault Jewelers and I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for jewelry, especially that perfect ring, gives them a try. Dealing with Raeann and Baribault Jewelers has been an amazing experience. We found a unique loose diamond online from an online dealer and brought the description and pricing to Raeann. She searched for a similar diamond and found one that completely blew our expections - the carat weight was higher, the quality was amazing, and the pricing was even better. It is so sparkly! She worked with my husband to get the perfect setting to showcase the spectacular diamond. I get so many compliments on it. Raeann your great!! When I go in to clean the ring every once in awhile, the staff is very helpful and friendly. We will continue to come here over and over!
