Only giving 2 stars because of the nice curly haired gentleman that tried to help me when I walked in. Went in wanting to sell a ring.. the younger gentleman said he was going to bring it to the back to have someone take a look at it. There was a woman there, not sure if she was the owner or what, speaking with other customers but almost ran to the young man before he could make his way to the back. She didnt even look at the ring for 10 seconds before coming back to me and telling me she wasnt even going to bother weighing the ring or have anyone else in the shop look at it. All the while shes saying this in front of the 5 other customers in the store. The younger gentleman even had a shocked expression and literally said, "youre not even going to tell them a price or anything?" She then said "Im not even going to bother... I dont want to insult you." Just so extremely rude, I turned around and walked out. And dont think this was some plastic, cheap ring, it was my wedding band. I will never be returning here.

I can not say enough great things about Ray at the Gold and Diamond Exchange! Ever since I got engaged I knew exactly what I wanted for a wedding band, but no one could do it for me. I must have gone to over a dozen stores and spent hours online. My friend (whose father introduced her to the G&D Ex) suggested I check out his options. After 5 minutes with Ray, we had combined 3 different bands to create my dream wedding band. A week or so later I got my band and it was perfect. I love it. If they dont have something you are looking for, the will find it for you. Ray and Noreen are honest. kind trustworthy. Ray is incredibly helpful and unbelievably patient and considerate. He had multiple diamonds shipped in for me to personally inspect. He then created a stunning engagement ring and came in under budget! Ive bought multiple rings and watches from him and will continue to do so. Shop doesnt look like much from the outside, but the items which come out of the store are beautiful.
