If I could give this place a negative star I would. Completely messed up a special order by...not ordering it! Took my money though! If I hadn called after a few weeks they wouldnt have even figured it out. Then when I tried to figure out how to fix the issue - the female owner was rude, condescending, and even a bit of a smartalec! Ironically, this was my first (and last) purchase here and although I like to buy local - I will never go there again. P.S. found the same ring via online from a company with great reviews for $30 less. Actually did see a few things in there I was thinking on purchasing, but i will go somewhere else instead. I wont go to a place that treats its customers substandard. Funny thing is got the impression that I wasnt important because I only spent $100 dollars, like I was a piece if trash. But in the words of Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman", Oh. - You work on commission, right ? Uh, yes. Big mistake. Big. Huge ! I have to go shopping now. I do have to go shopping now...and not there!

I love this store. They have so many beautiful things and I can always be sure to find what I need. If I cant find it in the store, they are more than willing to order it so it fits with my time frame. They have everything from beautiful jewelry to funky gifts. They even have a great greeting card selection for every occasion. I always find the perfect gift for whoever I am looking for. The customer service is fantastic. They always make sure I find everything and help me pick out the perfect gift when I am stumped. I would definately recommend this store for anyone looking for that unique gift.
