SAFE, HONEST, and SECURE. My wife and I love New England Gold & Silver Jewelers. We just retired from the Navy after 30 years. As we down sized our possessions in our last move, we noticed we had several gold and silver items that we wanted to sell. We did our research and did several site visits. WE FOUND OUR GOLD MINE! Brian Hill, Jeweler, and his assistant Renee, provided tremendous customer service. Brian is a jeweler of great integrity and honesty. His jewelry shop is conveniently located off I-95. We felt we received top dollar for our old unwanted gold rings, bracelets, single gold ear rings, and chains. No other jeweler made us feel so comfortable, safe, and secure in selling our gold and silver. See for yourself! Additionally, Mr. Hill offers a great line of jewelry to include Angelique d Paris bracelets, necklaces, and artistic / unique rings. We made several purchases. We were extremely satisfied! I dont normally write reviews, but I was blown away by the excellent customer service I received recently at New England Gold and Silver in Pawtucket, RI. I was willed an antique diamond ring from my aunt a couple of years ago; being that I am single I have not had use for it. I hear an advertisement recently about New England Gold and Silver purchasing jewelry, I was greeted by the cheerful staff. I was offered a water or coffee and a comfortable chair to sit in. the owner came out promptly looked me in the eyes and shook my hand while introducing himself making me more comfortable. He gave me excellent advise in regards to my ring, and really made me feel like he was giving me an honest and legitimate opinion. Instead of him purchasing the ring he advised that I have it cleaned up and hold on to it. He cleaned and checked it for me at no charge. . They have earned a lifetime customer.

It was my wifes birthday and we were visiting Rhode Island from New York. I wanted to surprise my wife for her birthday dinner and i am glad i stepped in to this amazing store before heading for the dinner. The store itself was very welcoming and nice. I was then greeted by the very professional and courteous Bryan and Laura. I described to Bryan what i was looking for and he showed me the perfect gift, a SnowFlake white gold diamond pendant. The finishing was beyond amazing. The diamonds looked so bright. My wife just fell in love with this. The packaging i got was itself so beautiful. I would definitely recommend anyone to please visit Bryan and i bet you will not be dissappointed. Bryan will listen to you and go to great lengths to find that perfect gift. This operation is a class act from the time you walk in to the store. The place is clean and the people are great. I bought an engagement ring and my husband wedding band here. The value for the quality these folks are offering makes me feel as though they are the only ones I want to do business with! They are very attentive and the service is stellar! When I came to the store, I was greeted by a very nice young lady. Was really nervous because I almost felt I was doing something wrong by getting rid of the piece of jewelry that I was getting rid of even though it had no mark at all anymore and she just made me feel real comfortable. Once I realized how the process worked at New England Gold and Silver, I was very comfortable, and the fact that they explained everything to me allowed me to gain the knowledge and the comfort zone was there. Never in my wildest dreams, did I think I was going to get that much money for old gold. I immediately called my brother. It was my first visit to New England Gold and Silver but I will certainly be back!

This place is great! So weve all seen those commercials but who really wants to send in your gold (even though it sits in the back of our closet) I didnt want to take the chance so I thought I would do some exploring. I had old wedding rings, broken necklaces and charms...like a handful of gold. I got $740! The woman was great, she explained the whole process.
