Ive never been there to buy jewelry (as I have heard it is not the best place), but I consistently go to purchase hair supplies. They are very well stocked. The employees in the hair department are really helpful and they give advice based on their own experiences. Upon entering, I usually feel a bit out of place and uncomfortable, but after moving farther back into the store, I feel more welcome. The supplies they give are useful and of great quality. If they dont have something, you can just ask for them to order it and they will.

I went there to get the links to my watch shortened and the guy that was fixing it takes the watch starts putting a screw driver to it, then comes back to me and says he couldnt fix it. as soon I got home, I open the watch,the main link comes apart and there was a rod missing. I went back over there and they were such a holes. My recommendation is do not buy jewlery from there or bring yours to get cleaned or fixed you might go to jail that day.
