I highly recommend this store, the owners are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Recently I was told the jewelry store where my husband and I have been doing business for over 17 years that my engagement ring was missing a prong and there was now way to fix it other than getting a whole new setting. They came up with reasons why that made no since to me, refused to sign off on the guarantee and told me if I wore the ring the diamond would probably fall out so I really needed to have it reset soon. I was very upset by this, I didnt want a new setting so I put the ring away not sure what I was going to do. I was in Pennachios picking up a charm for my bracelet and the owner commented on a ring I was wearing in place of my engagement ring, the whole story came out and she insisted that I bring it to her before I got it reset, she was sure she could fix it so I did, and she took one look at it and said I only needed a prong, there was no reason why my ring couldnt be repaired and I did not need a new setting. She also showed me a space in the crown of my ring that had never been fully soldered on. I have had that ring for 16 years and faithfully have had it checked every 4 months and not once did the jewelry store ever say anything about it. Pennachio fixed my ring in less than a week for under $100.00 plus straightened the shank from which I was also told was unfixable. Pennachio now has a new loyal customer and Hannoush has lost one. I cannot say enough good things about Pennachio Jewelers. Tracy, the owner, has been nothing but welcoming, gracious, and helpful EVERY TIME I walk through her doors. She bends over backwards for her customers and in todays market, when all jewelry stores are selling pieces at unattainable prices, Pennachio remains BEYOND reasonable. She has sat down with me--and several of my friends--for HOURS explaining the ins and outs of diamonds and other pieces she has to offer. She has been 100% honest in recommending jewelry and has done her best to get her customers the best deal at the best price. Her pieces range from small gifts to extravagant pieces of jewelry and if you dont see something you like, shell find it for you OR make it exactly how you want it. I look forward to my future purchases at Pennachio and am beyond excited to bring friends and family there. Check it out, you WILL NOT be sorry!!!

I very rarely write on-line reviews but feel so compelled to share my experiences with Pennachio Jewelers. They are such a breath of fresh air in a time when it seems like everyone is just out to make a buck and rip you off. I have shopped with them for a few years now and can tell you there is no better jewelry store in the area. We also recently participated in their diamond bracelet hunt which was so much fun and brought our family closer together as we all participated, even the kids. Pennachio Jewelers did this for the community and the whole town was buzzing about it. Dont waste your time going anywhere else!

Superlatives arent enough to describe the warm, professional, and utterly satisfying experience my fiancee and I had at Pennachio Jewelers. I have the ring of my dreams (no joke), and a jewelry store that will be the source of my important purchases for years to come! Like other reviewers have stated, do NOT waste your time going anywhere else. They will work with any budget, any constraints, and any design idea, and you will, without a DOUBT, be extraordinarily satisfied. My wife and I went in for some jewelry and to have wedding rings cleaned. We both ended having them re-sized. I was comfortable with my ring of 11 years and couldnt believe Tracey when she said, "You are a size .5 ring, not a size 9." I thought ring would be too small but just called Tracey to let her know the smaller size fits like a glove and has not been off my finger since then.
