I had a Luminox Dive watch that needed a new velcro strap and they were the closest dealer in my area. I like to support local business whenever possible as I am a business owner myself. I went there in early June to place my order, they couldnt give an ETA or price, they said probably "2 weeks". I gave them the benefit of the doubt and 3 weeks went by and I didnt receive a call. I called on week 4 and was told that the strap had not come in yet and that it would be probably be another "2 weeks". I continued to use my watch with a make-shift clip to hold the strap together for another week before I went online and ordered the strap through Luminox and got it in 2 days. Maybe I was one of the unlucky customers who fell through the cracks? My thoughts are that if youre a dealer of Luminox, Rolex, or any other watch brand then you should at least have a price list or have access to a dealer portal to be able to place orders with more definitive information. Maybe the luminox Velcro watch strap that I needed was so customized and in such high demand that it was on national back order and couldnt deliver for months because they couldnt keep up with the demand for such a piece of fabric? Its October 3 as I write this and I still havent received a call yet lol. It doesnt matter at this point because I bought a new watch. Im sure they run a great business as I hear their commercials all the time on Pandora but customer satisfaction is paramount and following up with the customer is equally important!

I cant say enough about Anderson Jewelers. They genuinely take care of their customers. My husband and I bought our wedding sets there, and George Jr. sure knows his diamonds and picking the perfect engagement ring! I go there for any watch issues, be it battery changes, link removals, etc. for quality watches, and Senior always fixes them flawlessly, with the price always being right. My husband started my Pandora bracelet there and they have wonderful specials from time to time. I would consider going to them and only them, and since we are moving across the country in three months, Im pretty sad that we wont have Anderson right over the bridge to go to. Its hard to find a trustworthy jeweler these days and Id recommend them to anyone (I have)!
