Let me just start by saying I dont know how the hell these people are still in business. I went in there to appraise a Rolex I no longer wanted. As soon as I walk in the lady is staring me down and instantly has an attitude. Without even looking twice she says I dont believe its real! Mind you original paperwork everything is on hand. Next she test the diamonds all real. She goes on to say shes not interested. OKAY COOL NO BIG DEAL! Im packing my watch up and shes literally kicking me out?!! What kind of buisnesss is that even her own co worker was shaking his head! We tell her if we offended her? & she threatens to call the police ? For no reason besides the fact that I am a Hispanic male with chains & she probably assumed I was some sort of thief trying to make a come up. Will never recommend this to anyone seriously Ive never been treated so poorly at any business like I did here. Truley disappointed! 0 stars if I could.

As soon as we walked in the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. My mother has a showed her a ivory bracelet with my maybe diamonds or crystals ( over 272 years old ) on it. But where werent sure, so we came there thinking and trusting their knowledge of jewelry and the like. Well the lady took one look at it and said no its crystals and then turned around on her back, not telling us if anything else she can help us with, any questions or thank you and come again. Never will we coming again back to that place. Id give it -100 if i this number was available. Best go to hannosh !!

I brought some jewlery over after one of their sales people was set up at Baystate Medical lobby selling and telling everyone that they were actively buying gold. Not only was the quote to buy ridiculous, the woman was so incredibly rude and indicated that she had more gold than she knew What to do with. You dont want to buy my stuff, fine. But her attitude was such that I will never return.

I would not suggest going to this place for anything they act like you are II and they are all above you I brought my Watson to get a battery put in it a week later it was still not finished I took it and brought it to Agawam and head block jewelry do it while I stood there and took 3 minutes. People at diamond gold connection act like you are underneath them and you are not important

We were looking for a jeweler to set a stone for a pendant. The staff that "helped" us didnt look like someone you would find working in a jewelery store, he was wearing sweat pants and wasnt well put together. He was also rude and wouldnt get off his phone while talking to us. We left as quickly as we came in and will never go back.

Their commercial says they pay the highest prices for gold and broken jewelery. This is a BIG lie. Dont waste your time going here. He said he would give me $50 for my antique 24ct gold ring with .3ct diamond. I ended up selling it to Hannoush for $800. How could his price be so much lower? Does he know what he is doing I wonder?

They were real happy to take my money. But then were rude when me and my fiancé went back to get the ring sized. She asked about modifying the ring because all the stones were rather loose, then they became quite condescending. I would never go back to them, the staff at De Grandpre in Easthampton are much more friendly.

Walked into the place looking to sell a Citzen Eco-Drive. Valued at $ 300.00. Didnt take long for the bald short guy to say we cant sell this here ant throw it back in the box as if it was cheap. Service is poor only time its good is when they are trying to sell.

Brought my old gold jewelry to multiple Jewelers in the local area and diamond gold connection paid the highest price by far! Then with the money I got from selling I put towards a engagement ring which beat hannoushs price by more than $1,000!! Highly recommend!

Yikes. Never again. The atmosphere is extremely unwelcoming and uncomfortable, and the business appears to be struggling. Very different from what I remember when I last visited several years ago.
