I have never found it easy to buy a car, It always seems that when i go to a car dealer and get out of my car within a minute or two some guy or girl is all over me with questions. What’s your name? What’s your phone number? What’s your email address and this before i have even seen one car. That’s when my stress levels go up, Now i don’t know about anybody else, But i like to look around at first, To see if there’s a car that even catches my eye. Now I’ve been to several car dealers looking to buy a car and I am pleased to say that I have had a very good experience at Colonial South Chevrolet, I got out of my car without being attacked by some sales person, And got to look around and found a car that i liked. So i walked in to the showroom and approached a man to ask some questions on what i was looking for. He then introduced himself as Phillip Medeiros and that he could help me with anything i needed. Well help me he did, He answered all my questions right there on the spot. Not only did we talk about my new 2012 Chevy, We talked about cars that was made back in 50s 70s 90s. Phillip Medeiros is incredible Knowledgeable about cars and it was a pleasure to chat with him. So after i chatted with Phillip, We both went for a test drive down the road and Phillip showed me all of the cars features, WOW i love technology and i feel in love with the car, But it wasn’t over yet. The next big question was, What was i going to pay for this car? After negotiations with Phillip Medeiros, Brain Almeida and myself, We discussed the price of the car and then agreed on that car. The process of everything went very smoothly, Thanks to Brain Almeida and Phillip Medeiros. Now that’s why I Love Colonial South Chevrolet and would highly recommend them to all my friends. Buyer beware this dealership is shaddy! It all started when I was looking at purchasing a vehicle. I of course asked the typical questions. Like had it been in an accident before. Of course the answer was NO! They even showed me the clean carfax report. So initially I believed them! But after looking at the car I started to notice things wrong. Like how one headlight was full of water and the front bumber was not aligned correctly. I brought this to their attention and they said initially they had never removed the bumper and had no knowledge of this. After a few more conversations they relented and told the truth, kinda! They said they had to take the bumper off since they scratched it to repaint it. OK I could buy that. But after a few more inspections it became clear that the car had been in an accident and the dealership had failed to report it. But since the work was minor I still bought the car. The dealer ship did the paperwork and the inspection and I took the car home. Upon attempting to put my babies car seat in the back I came to realize that the center seat belt did not work and needed repair. So the question comes up. How is it they inspected this car correctly? At this point I returned the car as my faith was lost. They of course had a fit with me returning the car and now they are dragging their feet in getting me my money back.

Happy with my choice! I started looking for a newer truck at Colonial Honda. I met a sales rep who didnt have any knowledge of what he was selling and couldnt answer a simple question. I was very dissapointed due to the fact I was interested in the Ridgeline. So i got in my truck and drove a short distianse down the road to Colonial South Chevrolet where i met Mitchell Violet. I found him very knowledgable of his products, but most important he was more concerned that I was comfortable in the choice I was making then just selling me a vehicle. Then I met Brian Almeida, a general sales manager who again was more concened about me being comfortable in my choice than just making a sale and was more than willing to go the distance with me. So at this time I would like to say thank you to Mitchell and Brian for helping me purchase my Chevy Colorado and I look foward to recommending Colonial South Chevrolet to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Hands down the best experience ive had buying a vehicle. I have bought my share of cars, trucks, and SUVS during my life and the staff at colonial south was the best. Heres why... They were NO pressure and they searched EXTENSIVELY to find the truck that I wanted without pushing other lesser cars and they were STILL no pressure.(Didnt feel like I was stuck looking for a way to leave lol). It was painless and they were upfront. Everything went smoothly and they helped every way they could.Even 2 days after I purchased the truck I noticed the front end needed an alignment, it was taking care of. The whole process was fast and painless like car buying should be. Should be fun( You shouldnt be sweating when looking for a car.) Its too joyous an occasion and thats how Brian, Tony, Courtney and even Keith the finance guy made the process feel. Like I said Ive bought many vehicles and by far they are superior. Hope this helps in your descision.

I wish I could rate this dealer a "10" in each category. You guys were a ten on every level during my recent purchase of an 07 Honda CRV. From the minute I walked into the dealership, to the pick up of my new vehicle, the experience was a pleasure from start to finish. My car was delivered in the time I was told it would be. Rob Sanford went out of his way to provide what I needed with the vehicle, the registration, inspection, and ultimately the delivery of the vehicle. Ben made the paperwork a breeze, and Brian was right there to make sure there was no more he could do to help make things better. Todd was exceptionally helpful, kind, thorough and patient. He is smart and an engaging conversationalist and has a lighthearted sense of humor. After having a very negative experience at Kia with "JOSH" one of the sales managers who was rude and humiliating regarding the resale value of the Kia Soul I was attempting to trade, leasing the new Chevy Trax from Todd was a refreshing experience. This is the second deal Ive done with Colonial South Chevrolet and I will definitely be back. You have earned my loyalty. Carlos also made right a service agreement for simonizing for which I was charged but never received on the prior deal, the Kia Soul. Thank you so much.
