I go to this location very often. My score was determined by: The pharmacy needs some EPIC software training. They also need to learn how to speak to people with Mental Disorders and properly follow their licensing code. Otherwise they are going to cause deaths due to inaction and/or discrimination. Despite this; I think Chris the cashier/floor stocker is a retailers dream. He is incredibly polite and patient, product location knowledge was impressive (Aisle; Side; Distance; Height). Manager quality Employee there. Chris, along with most of the cashiers, are always so wonderful my super negative opinion about their pharmacy is overshadowed to a noteworthy and impressive degree. 3☆ = (Cashiers +10☆) and (Pharmacy -7☆)

The pharmacy department is very bad. I always have to wait 45 minutes to get my called in prescriptions. I have called and asked this pharmacy to hold my prescriptions because I was not able to pick them up. They did not hold my prescriptions. The very next day I called to verify that the prescriptions were ready for pick up and they were not because they did not hold the prescriptions . The pharmacist suggestion was come tomorrow because two people called out today. Seriously?!?! Patient is late taking their medication and you suggest they continue to delay treatment!?!? What kind of health service providers are you employing? CVS you are to do better than this. Please hire better staff.

Probably the one of the rudest managers Ive ever dealt with. Was trying to get some pictures printed and she was very condescending and unhelpful. The conversation ended with her hanging up on me because she was "too busy with other customers". Would not deal with this location again. From the looks of their reviews, my experience is not unusual at this store.

The pharmacy was doing a very poor job. It lets you (you are told to) wait for 15 mins or call you when ready. After 30 mins without call. You ask people and you were told it is ready. The person told you ready is not really to check it out for you. Let you wait for another 10 mins or so until you is asked again. Terrible.

Horrible pharmacy they never have the prescription ready and when they do it is never filled correctly, I have never been able to come in to the pharmacy here and have my prescription ready and it be an easy transaction there is always a problem!!!!
