I needed three immunizations on short notice, so I called ahead to this CVS and spoke to the pharmacist to make sure I could get them there. She told me that they could give me at least one of the three I needed at the pharmacy, and that the other two I could get for sure at the "Minute Clinic," where there was no wait. I immediately went there to get the shots. When I went up the pharmacy to let them know that Id just called regarding vaccinations and that I wanted to get them, all three employees behind the pharmacy looked at each other. One said to the other: "Do you know where the vaccines are? Ive never done one before. The other one said, "Do you want go just go down to the clinic? You can get them there." Not really, obviously -- thats why I came to the pharmacy first -- but I was in a compliant mood, so I went to the clinic. Of course I there was one guy in front of me at the check-in kiosk when I got there, so he got in first (other than the two of us, no one was there). FORTY FIVE MINUTES LATER -- they should call it the "Forty-Five Minute Clinic" -- I was welcomed into the office. What can I do for you today sir? Im here for vaccinations, three of them. Which vaccinations do you need? -- "I hope TDAPs not one of them, because I just ran out. I can give you tetanus only though." Actually it is; I called ahead; I need meningitis, TDAP, and varicella. "We dont do varicella here, and like I said, were out of TDAP, but we should have more tomorrow." All in all I was provided incorrect information (by the pharmacist on the phone); I encountered people who didnt feel like performing duties within the scope of their job responsibilities (at the pharmacy counter); I was made to wait far longer than seemed necessary, appropriate, or, certainly, advertised; and theyd "run out" of a vaccine that could get there overnight, meaning that they hadnt managed their inventory well. My message to CVS: If you cant do something competently, dont do it at all. My message to would-be CVS customers: Go somewhere else for your healthcare needs.

I dropped off my prescription and returned a week later to pick it up. They had no record of it and couldnt find the actual prescription. I have to have my doctor write another. No apologies, no offer to track it down. Good thing it wasnt critical. Go, but make sure you have time to wait for your meds.

The quality of the photos couldve been better. The other issue is I ordered on line and when I got to the store only half of my order was there. They couldnt find the original order and it took 3 different staff to be able to look through the printed photos and find my order.
