Frustrating checkout process. Within the last year or so, the checkout was changed to include mostly "self-checkout" lines that frequently malfunction and only 2 regular checkout lines that do not have any staff manning them half the time. The reason I gave this CVS 3 stars is because the pharmacy is well -run by friendly and professional staff.

Good CVS. Always have everything I want in stock and the pharmacy is pleasant and moves fairly quickly. They also are open late 7 days a week.

I think there should less self checkout and more of the other checkout. They should put more stuff that the people need in the CVS.
