I had called in because they had a special on their trades which I should really say, what they should actually give you for your trades, and I wanted to see if they had what I was looking for before I went down to waste my time. They misled me to believe I was going to get the up most money for my system that I was planning on trading in. The guy I spoke with over the phone just rushed me off like he was too damn busy to answer my questions. Like it isnt him job, and what he gets paid money to do. I go down to the store, only to find out they were giving me HALF of what they initally said I would get. A nice woman started to help me until a rude ignorant, and what seemed to be a manager, kept interupting her, and talking over her. When he finally begin to help me out, he told me he was deducted money off, because "the system was a little dirty", and a couple of other things that I was okay with because the woman who was TRYING to talk to me told me that I probably would get money deducted off because of it. They should personally try to train their employees a little bit better before they give out misleading information over the phone. Maybe their used to dealing with "the people in Fall River" but coming from a person who works 50 plus hours in sales, they should really learn how to treat their customers better too. I can tell you one thing, I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN, and glady spend my money elsewhere.

The staff is very friendly and the store manager is very very helpful. If there is a long line the staff still make sure they acknowledge you are in the store and are sure to let you know as soon as they have a chance you will be helped. The product library is expansive with tons of great low priced games and systems. When you are at the register they are very helpful in telling you some great deals that are available at the time and upcoming deals and releases. I would recommend this store if you are in the Fall River area. I have never had a bad experience at this store and will continue to shop here for my games and my kids. Also just to add my brother was looking to pre order the xbox one and none were a available at the time. They called him a few days after as soon as someone cancelled theyre reservation which was surprising to me that they would go that far for customer service. So to the manager and staff at this location thank you and we appreciate the extent you go to for customer service. The point is GO to this GameStop for your gaming needs and or for your kids needs.

I would have to agree with the first three people. I went in there once and they didnt even have the new Madden except for the special edition one that is 80 something dollars.The guy who seems to be the boss is arrogant and talks to you in a rude manner. The dude in the beard seems like hes annoyed every time someone asks him a question. The only employee I found to be friendly in my experiences at this place is the girl with the mohawk hairstyle. Now if you live in Fall River your probably used to this kind of treatment from people, I dont know maybe its a PORTUGUESE from PORTUGAL thing, there usually rude people by nature. However if you did not grow up in Fall River you would probably find the people in this store to be rude. All i can say is I live in Fall River now (only because the rent is cheap) and i drive all the way to Swansea or Raynham for Gamestop or any of my shopping for that matter.

Moron with a viking beard tried to stop me from selling my game because it was "sealed" brand new and unopened even though I opened it for him. He told me to come back another day to sell it....So I waited till he went in the back of the store and sold it to a different employee. Then when he came back and noticed he threatened to ban me from the store. Use ebay instead its cheaper there and they give you more for what you sell. Also when they do midnight releases they make you stand outside in the cold when we could fit in the store and make people keep yelling on video to seem excited so they can send it to gamestop headquarters to get the bosses extra funding (a raise)

Really guys? Thats your reviews? Really? Something tells me you never even took the time to ask them if another store had your new game. Ive been going there daily since it opened up. Unless its a new COD, they ALWAYS have new games in stock, plenty of them. And awful service? You cant be serious. Ive never met friendlier people, as passionate about gaming as the employees at this store. Always energized and up for talking about the latest and greatest. The Game Stop in Fall River gets high grades for the great selection, and most importantly, the people. Thats what makes or breaks the experience. The other reviews dont do this store, or its fantastic employees justice.

I wanted to buy a new 3ds. Granted it was after the holidays. They dont like to answer their phones so finally after 18 attempts to reach the store someone finally answered. I asked about the console and they said they had 1 refurbished. I asked if they could save it because I was an hour away and they were closing at 6. Finally get to the store and magically they dont even have it on their computer. Needless to say very poor customer service.

I went with my son to buy a game here and it was like everyone was in slow motion. We usually go to the Dartmouth Mall store so I was surprised how this one everyone seemed like they were spaced right out of it.

Theyre always short staff. They dont check the games that ppl return and theres never anyone to help on floor especially on the Hoildays.

Do not carry enough copies of new games...had to go to wal-mart to get my last 2 games.....sad
