Every single salesperson that I have experienced is exceptional here. They are helpful extremely knowledgeable and professional. Every time that I go here they ALL set the bar well above the average mark for retail employees. Max is always helpful with my indecisive decision making personality and is unbelievable knowledgeable about upcoming games and games that I might like. Im not sure how I could really have a better experience than the ones I do here, especially seeing as I am not a huge gamer and they help me along. I would rate everyone here with 6 stars if possible. Thank you all so much for making my experiences always great.

This place sucks. My mom got me a game here for Christmas. Her customer assistance told her that I had till Jan 15 to exchange for another games, if I wanted to. When the time comes, I went there for an exchange. The manager said, "NO, We dont know if you bought it here." Wow... Ill never go there again. Go to another Gamestop location, and exchange was sucessful. I even spent more money and left store feeling happy with care and support. If you want good reliable trustworthy product and support, go to another Gamestop that is close by. Good luck.

We waited at this Gamestop for 10 hours for the release of the Nintendo Switch. During our stay, the associates here were incredibly kind, caring, and considerate. The store manager (Max) was focused on maintaining a safe and organized atmosphere, and the release was very smooth. I wholly respect this Gamestop location for being so down-to-earth and nice, and not making us stand outside in the cold, and being transparent with the supply of extra consoles so as not to waste peoples time. Best Gamestop experience Ive had. A+.

I love coming here the staff is excellent i see people writing about low trade prices and blaming staff. If you are someone who lacks intelligence let me clarify the company is the ones that set prices not the store reps so give them a break. They do their job with knowledge of products and future releases and provide the top customer experience they can. Just because you get butt hurt about the trade in price u dobt blame the employees you complain to the company directly about its obscure trade practices

Its a typical Gamestop. Good selection of new and used games, accessories and systems. Last time I was there, I wanted to try some of their gaming headphones, but the demo station was not working and one of the demo headphones was broken. Normally I know what I am getting and I am in and out in a few mins. Customers service is usually good and the people that work there are knowledgeable about the gaming world.

When I arrived, both Matt and Karli were quick to assist me with what I can only describe as a herculean task of retail. They were knowledgeable and pragmatic and their assistance was, quite honestly, the best customer service experience Ive ever had. 10/10 would shop there again, especially if those two are manning to storefront.

I ordered an overpriced Nintendo Switch bundle from this gamespot because that was all they offered and I was told by the salespeople here that it would come monday or tuesday. Its tuesday, and my console hasnt even shipped, and now Im stuck with a bunch of useless Switch games that came with the bundle.

Great Place Had 3 people on staff, a Man, and 2 Women, they were all nice and friendly and all had 3DS s so I got there miis, helped me find my game, all demos of games were awsome, actually remembered me and said hey you havnot come here in awhile whats up! This is like my second home! :)

Really? They will offer to buy 5 of my Xbox360 games for 10 bucks? Just because they are the mighty game rip off stop? Sorry chumps Im not that dumb. Replayd in Allston only couple of miles away gave me 3 times that and they actually have a killer selection of vintage games.

Everyone here is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Max has always been amazing. Though I dont live in Brookline or even MA anymore I still will stop by and say hey to their wonderful staff. Hes an amazing manager and human being. Thank you all for being amazing humans.

They are great to me! Its generally hard to find video game store staff anywhere that are willing to help me with reaching stuff (Im in a wheelchair) or answering my endless questions about games, and the staff here are superb with service.
