I will never step foot in this store again. I have had great experiences in this location in the past but today was not one of them. I had a unopened skaylander chatecter that my son recieved as a Christmas gift. I handed it to the girl saying he just wants to exchange she says ya um I cant take this .with a nasty attitude. She points at a mark on the box that i am guessing was from the price sticker and says ill have to see if this will come off if not I cant resell it. It was clearly the glue from the sticker. Then she asks me for my gamestop memeber card looks up my info and says ya this is not listed as you purchasing it..umm ok again it was a gift. Seriously it is 2016 every store in the world will scan a product to make sure it is from the store and either let you exchange it or get store credit. Seriously game stop chick I am 33 years old with a 9 year old son. I am not trying to scam game stop! Her attitude was so nasty. I get it.. probably been crazy busy the past few days with exchanges but she clearly did not want to be bothered with me. I will be contacting the company further.

This GameStop is amazing. Not only do they have a bigger store than the GameStop that is in the mall, but they also have a lot of good discounts if you have a Power-Up Rewards Card. For example, they will usually always have a deal that includes either a bogo half off, or a trade-in deal where you can get extra points on your card if you choose in-store credit. The great thing about this GameStop in particular is the people. The people who work here are friendly, helpful, and informative. They can help you pick out a game, or answer questions about which headset or accessory to buy - they know their stuff and are very open to customers. I feel at home when I visit GameStop - in addition to their knowledge, the people here are always very enthusiastic about new games. If the store is empty, I usually find myself talking to an associate about a game or console. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a good experience from GameStop.

This GameStop,workers are so friendly and so helpful for example they will always ask you if you need help and they always ask if you want to make a power up rewards card at checkout and they count you in on discounts/tell you about discounts that are going on

They wont even answer there phone during store hours. They sold me broken games, they wouldnt even take them back! DO NOT GO THERE! THERE STAFF IS REALLY MEAN TOO.
