I went to this Game Stop the other day and there was poor customer service. I was not pleased. I came in to buy the sims 4 for PC and I was told that they did not have the disk but instead proceeded to charge me a lot just for a code. I did not want to pay so much for just a code so I told the manage Im assuming and he then snapped back to me with an attitude. I do not recommend this place to anybody.

This place is horrible as u walk in u feel like u in a funeral no smiles no how u doing horrible costumer service, I dont normally do this but its that bad. GameStop its supposed too be every kid and adult gamer favorite place. Sure wasnt for this place. I hope u guys get it together. Loosing customers by the day adds up over the years. Price for games are cool... I dont recommend to buy used game console they dont last long.. They wont give you good price when you bring it back to return. All other products are ok for resale...
