Terrible customer service , why you ask m, because the people who work there are only concerned with working there customers. You go to buy a game or console what happens, they spend 15-30 min trying to work you on there so-called deals only to spend more then what you wanted to . So thats salesmen ship right whats the problem with that . When your inline waiting to buy a game theres the problem . Hey heres an easy solution put up a sign for your so called deals let them make up there minds and keep the line moving .

Having worked at a Gamestop before, I can tell you employees arent supposed to be this unfriendly at all. Unwilling to make conversation and they have an overall cold demeanor. Id rather buy something online than have to deal with the people here.
