Today I walked into Lake Mary Computers for the first time with my laptop Months ago I spilled a large glass of water into the keyboard causing it to immediate shut down. A dear friend who is a longtime satisfied customer of Lake Mary Computers HIGHLY recommended I bring it in for a diagnosis. I was ready to toss it. Much to my surprise within a short time they were able to get my laptop working again. I found Lake Mary Computers to be professional, personable and efficient. Most of all I appreciated their honesty. Although I live in Winter Park, the drive here to this convenient location was definitely worth it! I will return with more equipment and have already recommended to family and friends. Very Satisfied- THANK YOU for bringing my laptop back to life! Someone clicked on a popup from Microsoft and the next thing you get a message to send money to fix your infected computer. Well we all know that Microsoft does not send you popups. Right?? After shutting down the computer it would not restart, as our friends from Eastern Europe had loaded an encrypted login as their ransomware gift for not sending them their help desk money. So it was off to Lake Mary Computers, who I have used for over 10 years to fix similar malware issues. They were successful to unlock the laptop. Yippee. Advice - Dont click on any popup or you will have troubles. If you do click on the popup..shut your machine down fast and run to Lake Mary Computer for the best in service. :-)

My computer Ethernet port was not working and a few other small annoyances. I contacted Lake Mary computers and they provided great customer service over the phone and I decided to bring in the computer. The diagnosis was software related and not covered by my square trade warranty, BUT I had the problem solved the same day! The other option would have been to wait 5 days and have it shipped to the warranty company. Glad I found Lake Mary Computers, thanks guys!! You earned a customer!

I am a visitor to Lake Mary. I was there on business and of course my computer went dead. I called Lake Mary Computers and found out that they could help me the same afternoon. Once at the shop, all were helpful and pleasant. Within 90 min, the problem was corrected, the lap top was back in my hands, not only fixed but cleaned and I could go on with my business seminar. If only all repairs could go that smoothly, life would be a pleasure. Thanks again for a great job!

Lake Mary Computers can fix any problem you have. Take it from me. My computer was compromised by untrustworthy people claiming to be Microsoft. Apparently they were not who they said they were and they encrypted a password on my computer to where I had to pay three hundred dollars to log in to my computer. Lake Mary Computers found a solution to restore my computer. The peace of mind knowing that Lake Mary Computers have an answer and are trust worthy is all I need.

I have dealt with Lake Mary Computers for many years. I have always found the level of technical expertise far superior to big box stores eg. Staples or Best Buy. The customer interface is also exemplary. I usually have several technical questions and they always have solid answers. Cost is as good as or better than anyone else and turnaround is very fast. I wont go anywhere else!

Mike is very knowledgeable, kind, and accomodating. l live in Orlando and took my laptop to him in Lake Mary because I trust him over anybody else in Central Florida!
