Kaiah Lyric

I called up and needed an ethernet cord ASAP. He said he had one so I rushed over to pick it up. 5 minutes later, there was a note on the door saying he would be back in 30 minutes. Why he didnt tell me that on the phone, I do not know. I waited 45 minutes and then left. No wonder they are going out of business, they shut down when a customer tries to go in the store . Very unhappy. BTW Same person giving several 5 star reviews to bump up their rating? hmmmm

Closed randomly for 30 minutes. Employees out to lunch I guess? Need some connectors, nobody else has them, and the only retail store may or may not be open during business hours? You guys are losing me pretty fast
