Took my iphone4 in for glass change they said also needs LCD change so I did it. After a few days I noticed my front facing camera was not working but I told owner Ali I live far and that I was leaving out of town for more then 30 days , He said ok bring in after. This week I speak to a girl associate (she called me selling more services) She said ok bring in soon. Yesterday after 2 hours he says "Oh our install is good and it must be mother-board" As a company who knows things can go wrong he was unwilling to take responsibility, I explained my camera was working fine until they did the LCD replacement, He then try to say I took to long to bring back ( I reminded him He said it was ok and his associate said ok) He tried to offer me another iphone with a broken power button and I had to pay an additional $50 for that swap. He said this offer or nothing. Ridicoulous! Bad customer service! Beware!

I just called on 8/14/2016 looking for a power cord for a desktop. My old one burnt out for some reason. Ive had shops give me ones for free and I dont want to spend $15 at Best Buy. So I called Tech Store here and the guy that answered was pretty much an ass. After he finally understood yes, just a power cord not a laptop adapter, and after saying he doesnt have them, he said they are $9. I asked if he could do better than that - repair shops often have dozens of these lying around from power supply repairs - and he said "No its just a few dollars its not worth my time, no," and then hung up. This kind of rude service about something simple says a lot about a place. Ive worked in computer repair and customer service is always #1. But this place fails. Consider this a customer service audit. 1 star out of 5 - at least he answered the phone!

These people are the BIGGEST rip offs ever. Sold us a "brand new" battery for cell phone and it died after a month. Tried to blame it all on us. Then when I confronted him about it being a new battery and asked for the paperwork so that I could go to the manufacture he froze up and stuttered "uh oh uh I cannot give dat to you". Oh really why not?? Because he sold us an old bad battery and took our money!!! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and reversed the charges. I will give them a bad review on every message board that I can. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE BAD. THEY ARE RIP OFFS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN LAUGH AT YOU. THEY ARE BAD PEOPE.

Patience, understanding, good prices. If your looking for a store with a little bit of everything, then the techstore has your back. Ali, the manager i did business with, was kind and quick. When your there and talking to him, it doesnt feel like your a customer talking to a employee, it feels like your speaking to a friend. Theyll help you out when they can and they dont push you or rush you. Overall i had an excellent experience buying a tablet from them and i am looking forward to doing more business with them soon.

These guys know what theyre doing. I brought in my PS3 for a second opinion, after another repair store told me its unfixable, and the guys at Tech Store were able to fix it with no problem. My whole experience was easy and smooth, they didnt pressure me to buy anything nor tried to charge me for extra stuff. What you guys agreed with upfront is what you pay for. Will definitely do business with the guys at Tech Store again.

Very great customer service I had a problem with my laptop. I then went to Tech Store on Saturday right before closing dropped off my laptop then was able to pick it up on Monday because they are closed on Sunday :(. The owner is a nice guy he helped me out and he even gave me personal advice that I would use when I decide what king of degree I will get in the future when I go to a College or University.

Ali, Sam and glory are fantastic. Not only are they professional and courteous but they make sure they keep their customers informed about the status of their repairs and other services. They are very knowledgeable and honest. I am very happy with the repair of my moto x pure. I highly recommend them for your cellphone and computer needs..you wont be disappointed.

Was very happy tell i left the store and went home and realized my phone was not getting a signal and the battery was dyeing super fast ....Now the iphone i traded in for this Samsung s3 always had full signal and the battery would last two days ...what a waste of over 2 hundred dollars and an iphone 4 ...Very disappointed

These guys were great. I brought my Galaxy S3 to them for a charging port repair, and they did it while I waited. Unfortunately, during the process the microphone and home button stopped working, but Tech Store really stood behind their work and made sure my phone was working 100%! Thank you so much!

This place is awesome! They fixed my iPad 2 glass in 2 hours. The exciting thing they repaired like it was from apple; professionally sealed. I fixed the same glass problem a few months back and the glass wasnt as sealed and professionally done like this time! Thanks guys

Very helpful techs. Store looks nice and they do all kinda of repairs. I had to wait for the repair 2 days because they were very busy. I didnt mind since they gave me a free loaner phone to use!!
