Normally I shop here for the price match, example I match Public BOGOs to Walmarts items. Today I went shopping, most experiences in Walmart are sub-par but it is the cheapest available, to find out their card reader wasnt working. So went to their ATM which is also not on. Having exhausted their services we drove down the road to the nearest bank and come back. The cashier, who was also the store manager, said he would hold our groceries which we took 1.5 hours collecting together. When we return however we discover they already started putting stuff back nor seemed to care for our existence. We were gone 5 minutes, left our name and everything. Thanks Walmart for wasting our time and gas. Ill pay the extra price for a real shopping experience elsewhere.

The Angle That Flew

I just left your store and I’ve never been so upset nor have I ever been treated so poorly. I just got yelled at by two store associates because I was upset about a return. Its their job to deal with customers whether theyre happy and satisfied or pissed off and upset. So while this rep (Nicole) is yelling at me… the other rep (Larry) yells at the both of us and says “Quiet Down Ladies!!!” That was the most disrespectful and sexist thing I have ever experienced! So, because two women are having an argument, you feel the need to tell us to be quiet? Never in a million years would that have happened if I was a man. I am so upset about this that I don’t ever want to go in your store ever again.

Called to check on a particular item that is regularly out of stock. Was left on hold for 13 minutes and when I expressed that I was unhappy about this I was immediately hung up on. Called back, asked for management. The manager told me that SHE would go check for the item (all the way in the back in automotives) and exactly one minute later she told me they didnt have it. Anyone whos been inside that store knows damn well she didnt bother to even look. This is NOT the first time Ive had a miserable experience here. Especially with the managers. THEY DO NOT CARE. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Went to your location today and was very disappointed I saw employees yelling across the store at each other with customers being inches away from them and at the checkout in the garden center the cashier and the bagger she had with her were so deep in their own little conversation that neither of them greeted us no eye contact was made in fact the bagger forgot to bag our items the cashier didnt even tell us to have a good day at the end of it all I dont like doing this sort of thing but the unprofessional behavior I experienced today at your location was horrible .

Its currently 7:30 P.M. i went to walmart to cash my check from a community college. On my way from the parking lot to the door, it was raining hard. so i creased the check to fit in my pocket, trying to keep it dry however, it got a couple splaches of water in the middle. the cashier took it and started to rub the crease out, knowing that its wet, whe ripped the entire side off. i called the manager and he said theirs nothing he could do about it. so here i am writing this reveiw and going hungry....THANK YOU WALMART!!!

I go there often, I can go there in the middle of the night if I need something. I really like that service. The employees are helpful, pleasant and hometown folks. This Walmart store is in the middle of the Heartland of Florida, on Highway # 27, Sebring Fl., 33870, a well-traveled highway. So, if you travel at night on this road, you will find out that most stores close down early, and a Big Walmart Sign in the middle of nowhere( for some folks) is a familiar symbol to find. I never understood the hatred for Walmart. It is called supply and demand and Walmart became the company that it is because they provide the best prices and service out of all other companies. That being said, earlier, I needed help with a question and it was resolved within 3 minutes. That kind of customer service doesnt exist in almost ANY other business.

This is the best Walmart in the area - newest, cleanest and biggest. The only reason I go anywhere else is if they dont have it here. But, they usually do. Its pleasant to shop here. They have the self-service checkout lanes and thats important to me. I hate to stand in long lines. Best times to shop here are 3pm, 7pm or 11pm

This place was absolutely horrible. I asked three staff members there for help and nobody could help me nobody was even willing to help me. There was one gentleman there by the name of Scotty who was able to help me after me asking three or four other people for help first.

Disappointed on how they handled my first issue, and I am a frequent and loyal shopper, but they treated me like a number. Be aware 1/9 shoppers dont complain , we just patronage another business and tell at least 9 friends not including social media.

FIRST WALMART STORE THAT I HAD TO WAIT ON LINE TO USE THE RESTROOM. THE RESTROOMS ARE VERY SMALL AND OUT DATED OTHER WALMARTS HAVE LARGE RESTROOMS WITH NO LINES. VERY IMPORTANT TO OLDER PEOPLE!!!!!

The people are friendly and helpful, the prices are Walmart prices, but they seem to have problems stocking items. I very frequently go for a specific item and find an empty space on the shelf. : /

The fact they do not have ANY cash registers open at night is ridiculous. Self check out is ok for a few items but it is not perfected and does not work well. Open a damn register at night.

Its ok. When is not around rush hour (school, work )or 11:30pm to 12:30am there are not many register open to make your shopping easy and faster. However, overall the experience is not bad.
