I wish I wouldve seen the reviews prior to dropping my computer off to Badboy Computers. I had the same exact experience as everyone else. I was quoted a turn around time of 24-48 hours. When I didnt hear anything 2 days later, I stopped by to find out where things stood and they said they fell a little behind, but I was next on the "bench". 2 more days pass and I dont hear anything, so I call to get an update. They tell me nothing that I didnt already know and state that they will have specifics for me later that night, or by the next morning, Saturday, at the latest. Now it is Monday evening and still no progress, so I am getting my computer ASAP. Horrible customer service and unknowledgeable staff. It is too bad that the computer guy I used to use in Orange City was so talented that a large company picked him up to be their full-time IT Director.

I would like to echo most of the reviews below. This company has zero customer relations skills. They kept my computer for over a week and not once did they call to give me an update. After physically going there to find some answers to my problem the manager refused to talk with me as it was his lunch break? Asking for the owner to call me was a joke? I could either come back or wait? lastly I question their technical skill to complete a repair and/or offer a correct and timely diagnosis. It should not take 3 weeks to repair including ordering parts? With this company "caveat emptor" I went else where to spend my money,

DONT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR COMPUTER!! Took a computer to them, they said within the week, it has now been several weeks and the excuses and lies about were the computer is keep coming. They have said it will be done tomorrow for almost 2 weeks now, its scanning, its on the bench (for over a week now). It only has a simple system virus, I could have fixed it if I had the time (and I have since theyve had it) If they new anything about computers it would be fixed in two hours! Im still trying to get them to give me back the computer!

Dropped off a new laptop with a damaged power port; their tech confirmed it. They called 2 weeks later after finally getting to it and said they found a damaged power port and do I want to get it fixed? What!? I dropped it off for you to fix not tell me 2 weeks later what you already knew. Now its 3 weeks later and still not fixed. No communication, no explanation why this is taking this long, etc Anyone know what its like to lose your PC for over 5 weeks and still not have it back?

Ive been in here a few times, Im amazed they are still in business. Prices are WAY to high and the staff isnt very knowledgeable. It doesnt take 2 weeks to fix a computer reguardless if parts needed to be ordered. (inless you ordered it from China) Chad, you sound like the owner. Instead of posting propaganda, why not improve your business? Youve lost mine! DONT GO HERE!

Very bad time management! Will promise you it will be done the next day then take twice as long to do it. I tried to get my hard drive back because it was taking too long, but they were going to charge me anyway just for "starting" on it. I will never go back here again!

Charge way too much for slow work. They will charge for labor even if they do not fix the problem. If they screw up and its not the problem they thought it was its on your bank account. Never ever go here with your computer unless you want to fuel this scam shop.

I have been using Badboy Computers for several years. They have always repaired my computers quickly and at a very reasonable cost. The owner of Badboy is very knowledgeable, very friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Badboy computers!

BEWARE!!!!!!! They kept computer for 16 days, price was not what they said it would be! Total lack of communication! They dont call you...... You have to call them. would not recommend at all!
