Awesome customer service. Far exceeding what I expected. He came out to the house the next day after we called, identified the issue right off within minutes, took the TV back to the shop to replaced the parts at the shop and had it back the SAME AFTERNOON=! Very reasonable pricing as well. You will not match the service anywhere much less beat it. I highly recommend this business to anyone. I always like to support quality small businesses, and he certainly deals with top customer service, honesty and quality. Should I need to, he will be the first person I call. I waited about a month to be certain the TV was properly repaired, and it has worked 100% perfectly.

Wonderful Service, VERY PROFESSIONAL... I would recommend this company 1000% ! Mr. Abel quickly took a look at my flat screen after I was taken advantage of by another company in town, Mr. Abel quickly identified the problem and called when he said he would call and kept me informed every step of the way. I got fast, knowledgeable, reasonable and honest work, What more can I ask for. After the horrible experience I first encountered with that other company I never thought I would find some one honest I could trust, but thank God I did. TV works BEAUTIFULLY! Very honest and efficient. Communication is excellent! Tells you exactly what is wrong with your product and how much it would be immediately after he does diagnostic. He also tells you when your product will be ready and stands by that deadline. He communicates with you if there is any issue regarding deadline. He is the best in comparison to other places that dont care about customer service or urgency for the client. I would DEFINETELY return to him and recommend him to everyone.
