Beverly Cycles is honestly the best bike shop I have ever been to. It has a really homey atmosphere, very comfortable and inviting. The people working there are incredibly polite and respectful, personally I knew nothing about bikes, but they treated me as they would anyone else. The mechanics are knowledgeable and kind and honest, they walked me through the repairs and what was being done on my bike step by step. The owner Bill is hilarious, and sociable, definitely a personality you have to meet. My tune up was done very quickly and it ran like it was new. I am a regular there now because there is always a friendly face and a cup of coffee (or if Im lucky fresh tea!). If you like biking at all Beverly Cycles is the place you want to be, they go way beyond just bike service.

Owners Bill and Mike are there to give you the great service thats hard to find in many retail shops today. I had the pleasure of buying my first road bike from B2 Cycles and was more than pleased with the entire experience the staff is always attentive never pushy and extremely knowledgable about all facets of cycling and equipment but more importantly, they want to know about you and your needs and the type of riding you enjoy. Many group rides and indoor training classes are available out of this shop. Custom fitting, and performance enhancement and training skills are also available. Great LBS.

The best bike shop around, Bill and Mike are the best! service is top notch and they will make sure everything is right. i had a set of brakes i bough on amazon and i could not get them to work, they spent a lot of time trying to fix them found out they were junk. Mike was able to get everything replaced for me under warranty and didnt even charge me for the full amount of time he spent working on them. They also run group rides for just about anyone and are an awesome group to ride with. I highly recommend going there if you need a new bike service or are just looking for a group to ride with.

Beverly Cycles is great. They have great service. Great pricing. BIll, the owner, is a wonderful human being. He is hilarious, he is quick to joke bout any crash that he had. The products he sells are good quality. If you were to buy a bike from his shop you will be deeply satisfied with it. and if you are not satisfied by your bike he will try and help you find something that will satisfy you. The shop as a great atmosphere. The employees are great people who will help you out. Out of the many bikes shops in Beverly, i would recommend you go to Beverly Cycles

I absolutely Love beverly Cycles!! I went into the shop with a rig that i bought online that had some issues. The crew at the shop helped me fix what was wrong. Great service with a smile. The biggest shock was when i looked at the amount i owed to the shop!!! It was very affordable and they treat every customer like they are a long lost friend. I would insist that if you need maintenance or are buying new and used bikes you head here!!! 10 out of 10 and Im a tough critic.

I have two friends who bought really nice bikes from Bill (the owner). They both have been really happy with their experience, and have gone on bike rides with Bill and his community through this shop. Ive had a few conversations with Bill and bought a couple small pieces of hardware from him. He and his employees have offered me coffee when Ive visited, and even hooked me up with a slice of pizza one time. If I ever get into biking more it will be through this shop.

I bought my first performance road bike from this shop and Ive never wanted to go anywhere else. The staff is very knowledgeable and enjoys fixing bikes as much as they enjoy riding them. The shop hosts frequent group rides (both road and mountain) and they are always welcoming to new riders. Whenever someone asks me about what shop to go to, I always recommend Beverly Bikes. Just bought another bike from them this past week! I refuse to go anywhere else.

Beverly Cycles is the Best bicycle shop on the north shore. The employees are helpful and smart. THey can fix up a rusty old bike to make it work like new. Bill, the owner is hilarious. They have a bike for any type of riding you want to do. Theyre prices are great too!! They can step you up with a bike that will be everything you were looking for. This shop is the one place to go for your every biking need

I went to the shop not knowing anything about cycling. The gentlemen that worked there were MORE than helpful. They custom fit my bike for me, hooked me up with some discounted pedals and special ordered shoes for me. Ive also done a few group rides with them and learned a lot about cycling along the way. Id recommend them to anyone looking to start cycling!

Bill and his crew are trying to make a honest dollar by selling bicycles (KEYWORD HONEST), They will service all your needs, and you will become a bike rider for life, as long as you make sure to visit :) I will never go to any other bike shop, and i ride 365 days a year.

Its true, these guys are awesome. I drive 35-45 minutes just to come here for bike servicing; it feels really much like one of those regular hangout/homey feeling joints in TV shows. They live and breathe biking (they bike everyday themselves) so they know their stuff! Highly recommended.

Mike made a great first impresssion, very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring person and he didnt try to pursuad me into buying mountain bike parts that I dont need. Very honest. Plus he made me a cup of coffee. I live in Middleton and this is now my go to shop. Highly recommend it.

They charge significantly more than other bike shops in the area. However, the service is just mediocre. Employees are not very friendly. They dont even clean up your bike thoroughly after a tuning up. Very disappointed. Ill never come back to this shop.
