I was referred by a guy whos father supposedly own this store. It was disappointing experience. As soon as I walked in they kind of stared at me like I didnt belong there, didnt pay much attention until I actually came to the desk to ask a question. The store itself is very clean and professional looking but the customer service department is lacking which as a business owner myself you can lose customers very quick. Ive been going to Exeter Cycles instead since they help me out no matter what problems I have.

I bought a bike there a couple of weeks ago after deciding to get back into mountain biking after about 5 years. Josh was extremely helpful in filling me in on what the industry had done since I was last an avid biker, and what I really needed to look for. There was no up-sell, to hard-sell, no attitude. He was helpful in taking my price-range and showing me my options. Im a fan of supporting local and passionate businesses, and Wheel Power certainly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their services.

Funny enough I had the exact opposite experience as trailsrider. Went into Exeter Cycle and felt immediately unwelcome. Went into Wheelpower and while I was left alone to look around, they were quickly welcoming and helpful the second I asked a question. I now use them as my LBS though I think Exeter Cycle is probably good too and it just depends on what day you happen to first come in.

Recently had a bike built by this shop. This is the second build they have done for me and I have nothing but great things to say. Darrell and Mark were a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable, easily accessible, and just all around an awesome experience. Worth the drive to Exeter, would definitely recommend Wheel Power.

I have purchased two bikes from the guys at Wheel Power and they have been great to work with. In both cases I had specific items and adjustments that I was looking for and this was not an issue. These guys deliver great service. Recommend the shop and also recommend the IBIS bikes they sell!

Love this shop and the people that work there. I never bought a bike from them but had them tune up two bikes before I sold them and had various odd items fixed along the way. I also demod a high end Santa Cruz. Great service, nicest guys, very friendly. Absolutely zero pretentiousness.
