Purchased a new bike and a rack for my car. I had the rack installed onsite and I was shown by the owner ( sorry I forgot his name!) how to operate it. Prices are affordable and my new bike came with a great warrenty and service for life.

Just called 10 min before close because I needed my peddles changed over for a ride on Sunday, said they were not open on Sunday however you can come in now! I got there 4:59 and the entire staff were awesome and smiling.
