I bought a few fortified products for the last couple of years and I have to say that I am very happy with them and the customer service that I received from the company. I have two sets of the Aviator & Afterburner lights (with and without boost), Fortified U-Lock and the Fortified Invincible single speed. The lights are fantastic and the build quality is far superior to other lights on the market. The batteries last a pretty good time. The set of lights I have with boost eat the batteries significantly quicker than the ones without. There re a couple of issues that I came across but it doesnt affect the quality of the product in the slightest. If you are using 31.8mm handle bars you will have to remove the rubber inserts before you install them otherwise you will not be able to make them fit. During installation it is pretty easy to twist the blades on the security torx tool that is included. The Fortified U-Lock is a good quality lock that is not too large. When securing the bike you can be limited to how you are going to lock it up. With one of their bikes it is not as much of an issue since they have security bolts on pretty much every component on the bike. The lock comes with its one holder which pretty much has to be secured to the seat post of the bike. This is not really an issue but it does cause some interference if you put a bottle cage on the Fortified Invincible bike since the only spot to mount it is on the seat tube. There are no mounts for a bottle cage on the down tube. In the last week, the Fortified Invincible bike I own has down 173 km (106 miles) of city riding. I feel like I broke in the bike now and all around I am very happy with it and its purchase. It is a solid product with features that I am not able to custom build a bike with for the money it retails for. I ended up doing some modifications to. Not that the bike was bad in anyway but I found for my riding style I needed to change a few things to make it a little better for me. I added some pedal straps to get a more efficient stroke. I may go with lipless pedals in the future but for now I am quite happy with the straps. The other thing that was changed was the handlebars. The raised handlebars that comes with the bike are good and there is nothing wrong with them but it doesnt all for the narrower handhold that I like and used to. I put on a set of bullhorns which makes the riding experience quite different. I didnt want to keep buying components and change much of the bike so I used the original brake levers which can cause some interference with the Aviator headlight. They were mounted downwards at about a 45 degree angle which is not uncomfortable but is the only way to do it so they dont hit the light housing. The bike is a bargain for the cost and I thoroughly enjoy riding it. This company provides great customer service for their great products. If you buy anything from them, you will not be disappointed.

Poor product and no customer service! I purchased two of the Stealth lights last year and did not get a full season of riding out of them, when Fortified was contacted I was told the Stealth was discontinued and offered a discount on the new light. Not the service or quality I expected from Fortified Bicycle, Beware if you buy from them as they do not stand behind their products. After writing this review I was contacted by upper management and they sent out two new lights. It is a shame that Fortified did not empower their front line employee to make it right before I had to leave a negative review. In the end it all turned out great thanks to the power of the review process!

Lost my bikes front light the other day and the sun was going down. Called the team and Tivan was working after hours. Let me swing by, helped me get the light I needed to be seen on my ride home. He was super friendly and didnt rush me even thought it was past close.

Awesome experience at Fortified. I was unsure if I was a Large or Medium, got to test ride the bike and find I loved the Medium! Love my bike, commuting with my Fortified bike everyday. The attention to detail is great especially with the lights and fenders.
