The staff helped me find a previous years Bad Boy 1 (I did not want the planetary gearset) in short order and built it, including my accessories (purchased elsewhere) about two weeks earlier than predicted. Folks are friendly and considerate, without pressure or judgement. I deducted a star because, after my initial riding period, I returned for the gratis tune up. I let the maintenance staff know about a few minor focus points. Unfortunately, there was a lack of continuity between my intake slip (with the adjustments noted, included a screaming rear brake) and the one attached to my receipt (which only said "30d service"). The bikes custom (white) hand grips were greasy when I picked it up and the tech said that happens. Perhaps they were too busy. The folks did so many things right that I will overlook these minor elements unless something like them happen again.

I was in town for the Boston Marathon and I was just walking along Massachusetts Ave from Central to Harvard when I noticed the gleaming Cannondale store. I went inside and went up to the second floor. Wow! What did I see? A Cannondale Slice RS in my size! A few minutes later I was the proud owner. I couldnt take it home with me on the plane so we made arrangements to have it shipped home. They threw in a nice bottle and cage combo. A few days after I left they determined one of the tubulars wouldnt hold air so they emailed me and gave me a choice of replacements. Amazing store and great customer service.

Had a great experience with these guys. They are very helpful. Very happy to talk about various features, parts, riding styles. Had them build me two bikes. Didnt like the first but loved the second. There was no pressure to buy either but picked up a GT Grade Alloy X. The bike is amazing. Would not have even looked at it at first but after speaking with them and had them understand what type of riding I do, they recommended the GT. Overall they are now my new go to bike shop. Could not have been happier with the experience. Thank you Cannondale Sports!!!

Dont get your bike tuned up here. Over the two years Cannondale has been open weve gotten two road bikes tuned up twice (weve also bought gear). The bikes have always been late (more than a week over estimated time) and there is often something wrong that requires you to bring your bike back, and even then it might not be totally fixed. If you care about riding, go somewhere else - like ATA Cycle in Concord which is regularly voted one of the best bike shops in the country. Prices are about the same, too.

Bike purchased here has been nothing but trouble unfortunately. Broken pedals, broken gears (causing chain problems), broken wheel spokes, destroyed brake pads a few months in etc... Ive never had a bike break before in any of these ways let alone the same bike. Just over a year old and Ive regretted buying this the whole time. Next bike will be from elsewhere.

I have thoroughly enjoyed all of my experiences at the Cannondale store here in Cambridge. I have only dealt with the floor staff, so I cant speak to the mechanics. That said, I have found the staff to be extremely helpful and generous with their time. I highly recommend adding the store to your list of bike shops to patronize.
