I ride an aging Decathlon Triban 7 speed. When Decathlon Sports closed all its USA stores along with its in-store bike sales and repairs I decided to give Anderson Bicycle a try. The Triban has needed a number of repairs over the years; a couple of broken rear axles, replacement of bent front wheel, and most recently pedal crank arm. In all cases I got prompt, courteous, reasonably priced service. I was advised my two axles broke due to my oiling them, a big mistake, lesson learned. Need a bike repair or tune-up? I highly recommend Anderson bikes.

They have a great selections of bikes and very pleasant staff. However, for service I recommend going elsewhere. I had a full tune-up done including new chain and sprockets. Had to take the bike back again because it was skipping gears. While the gears now shift correctly 99% of the time, I found that none of the brakes were done correctly - all the springs had popped out. This time I did the work myself.

I bought my bike here and will be going here for all maintenance, tune-ups, and accessories. I have already strongly recommended them to family and friends! You can tell they really just love bicycles and bicyclists, and I love that they had flyers for the local group Quincycles that advocates for better bicycle infrastructure in Quincy! Love this shop!

Quick and exact service. I bought a lock from here and although recommended, the most expensive were not pushed. There was a wide range of prices for different applications and budgets. Will go again when I need something for the bike.
